The customer service is very poor. The people that work here dont care about the customers. They post signs up on the window to deter you from walking in. This place wants you not to pay for your service because they will auction your things extemely quickly and not even call you or notifiy you. Also found 4 dead baby mice in my storage unit. I have pictures to prove it ! Disgusting place. do not trust I storage ! Thieves

I rented a unit at Tri State while moving recently and the staff was courteous and professional. The price was very competitive and the site was clean and well maintained. The security cameras gave me a lot of comfort, as did the locked gate. I would definitely use this site again.

The new owner are lazy and didnt even tell it renters that they changed over. Had a hard time getting a hold of them. Then they way over charge. I wouldnt ever put your stuff here. Tri state storage was way better sad to see them go.
