The worst customer service EVER! When I first moved out here from CA I found D&L. The storage was clean, affordable, and the employees SEEMED nice. Because of these attributes, I recommended this facility to my mother, my brother (who rented 2 lockers for 3 years and always paid his bill on time), and many friends. However, because of personal issues my brother had to move back to CA abruptly. I was left to take care of his storage lockers. There were 2 items left in one of the storage lockers. I asked D&L "How much would it be to have D&L remove the items?" I was informed $60 (which was paid). I made arrangements for the 2nd locker to be cleared out. As a courtesy, I went into the office to inform them that the locker was being cleared out. The gentleman thanked me and told me he would call me when the locker was cleared. The moment I left, D&Ls true colors began to show! He called my ELDERLY mother, in CA, and demanded that the prorated 2 week payment ($68) was due. He continued to BADGER her and stated that he was NOT going to ALLOW the gentleman to clear the locker until the payment was paid. My mother explained that a check was in the mail to pay off the balance. When the D&L employee called me to inform me that the locker was clear, I began to state that I thought the whole situation was handle poorly by the facility and that I always thought highly of them and have always referred them to many people. The man got defensive and stated that THEY didnt need any of my referrals and would be fine without them. This whole situation left a POOR taste in my mouth and I hope no one will every have to deal with the type of agony and stress I had to deal with. If there is anyone looking for a reputable storage facility, I hope they read this review before making the same mistake I made.

Theres a reason their always full, theyre the best!! Ive rented here many times over the years and have found to be honest, hard working and considerate. Appreciate all the help over the years gents!
