I had been told by the call center that this facility was tractor trailer accessible. When I arrived to see the space, Megg explained that tractor trailers cannot make the turn into the facility or get close to the storage unit. I was furious and frustrated because my parents belongings are being moved from Charleston, SC next week! Megg showed us a unit of the size we had reserved so we could be sure the size was appropriate. Then she called the facility in Willow Grove to determine if they had the right size unit that can be accessed by a tractor trailer. They do, and well go there tomorrow to finalize the transaction. Megg took a bad situation and resolved it to our satisfaction and retained a sale for Public Storage. I appreciate her professionalism in the face of my frustration and her ability to think on her feet and resolve the situation. She is to be highly commended!

The young lady at this establishment has been the most helpful and considerate person at your facility. She is always pleasant, courteous, and attentive to my needs. I witnessed a customer being very disrespectful to her one day and she never lost her cool and was very professional in handling the situation. I told her that I may not have been so calm, and I told her she deserved a metal and I never will forget how she was so accommodating to such a belligerent person. We are moving in a month. I was searching for a storage unit. I wad thinking of the movable ones but too much. Then, I was looking online and read the reviews for this location. They were very positive and I was glad to read that but still a little skeptical. I decided to fill out everything online and within the hour, Megg called us. Very professional and knew what she was talking about. Made an appointment and a few days later met up with Megg. We saw our clean storage unit and were very pleased. All in all, a great place to store you items and Megg was very helpful. Thank you Megg and Public Storage!

Megg was such a huge help. I arrived there just before closing, and she stayed past closing to help me get a unit so I could unload my moving truck to return it later that night. The unit is great, and the price reasonable. I highly recommend. Great location on Rt. 309 as well.
