I really think that the great staff at UNITS made our decision and preparation to move so much easier. We found a new home and wanted to get our old home ready to sell quickly to avoid two mortgages. Terry gave a great price and quick delivery of a new UNIT. We were able to store many of our belongings and allow us the room to paint, clean and stage our home. Our UNIT was stored at their Bethlehem facility. We sold our home in 9 days! We scheduled delivery of the UNIT to our new home and we were ready to unload on our first day. We dont plan to move again, but will call Terry again if we need to store our furniture when refinishing our floors, remodeling, etc. We highly recommend them.

Brian (our driver in all cases) was amazing. I dont know how he negotiates the spaces and logistics of all the places we put him through :) From a narrow alleyway with low wires to start with, and a busy 4-way intersection to finish we definitely didnt make it easy for him! But the move was great, we broke NOTHING in the process, the ability to load it up over a few weeks before the moveout was crucial for us and their pricing is extremely reasonable. I would recommend UNITS of Eastern PA to anyone looking to do a move intra-Lehigh Valley or beyond. VERY satisfied customer.

Terry was wonderful to work with. We had a very stressful move, but the UNITS team made this part as low-stress as they could. We had to call and get a second unit delivered AND picked up the day after the first one was taken away. For the final pickup of my units, I had to go to the storage area with my movers and again, Terry was highly professional and helpful. They moved my units to an area so we had plenty of room to load the trucks. The price was also so much more reasonable than other places. I would use this company again and recommend it to anyone!

We had a UNIT on our driveway for several months this summer while we dealt with problems in our house. The UNIT was there during the 100 degree heat of July and the torrential rains of August and September. The UNIT remained dry and surprisingly cool sitting out in the direct sun. The UNIT was delivered the day we called and was picked up quickly as well. If I should have need of storage again, I would definitely contact UNITS.

The people that I encountered at UNITS in Bethlehem, PA where all very professional and adept at what they do. I rented a UNITS while I placed my house on sale and purchased another. It was so convenient to have the ability to pack up at my leisure. When we moved and the UNITS came with us, the door jammed but Terry and Brian came out immediately and fixed the problem. I would not hesitate to use their service again.

Terry and the UNITS Mobile Storage staff were great to work with. We had a very difficult move and Terry accommodated my multiple phone calls and pick-up change requests without missing a beat. Very easy to work with, friendly, courteous staff. The Units themselves were easy to pack and kept sound things dry. I hope to not move again for a long time, but if I ever need to I would absolutely use this team again.

I used Units to keep some stuff in storage while we had a house built. They were always on time with the deliveries of the unit and were able to answer any questions I had. The unit itself was clean, well designed, and I felt like my goods were safe inside. They even told me how to pack it and said I could have access to things if need be while it was in their warehouse.

We had UNITS Mobile Storage for our move in December of 2014. Professional staff, fair priced and well worth it. We loaded the unit up, the team came and moved it, we emptied it and a few days later it was gone! Simple yet very effective! I will definitely use them again and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a storage unit.
