As a stager/designer I sometimes need to rent storage space for inventory and project supplies. Extra Space Storage in Springfield is by far the BEST facility I have rented with. The whole staff is super nice and knowledgeable. Dwayne, the on site manager, is friendly and very personable. He remembers who you are, and always has a smile and a hello. He really goes out of his way to make sure that you are happy with his facility. For instance, with the colder weather, I was having trouble with the key lock on my drive up unit. I asked Dwayne if I could have another sticker so I could put a new lock on it. He not only gave me the sticker, but asked for my unit number, so he could go over and spray the lock with lubricator to see if that would help. So nice! I often see him walking the property, and cleaning up outside. The building and units are spotless! The bathroom is always clean as well, which is a good indicator of the overall cleanliness of a place. I have recommended Extra Space Storage to clients, friends and family, and would encourage anyone who needs storage to check them out. You wont be disappointed!

After doing a lot of research and reading reviews, I decided to call Extra Space Storage. The call center rep was so friendly and went above and beyond to help me find a unit that would fit all the belongings of our 3 BR house, and that had a free month rent deal going on. Im very glad I chose the Springfield location. Its a new facility, right next to the Springfield Mall on Baltimore Pike. Its extremely clean and the customer service reps on site are friendly and helpful. The manager lives on-site and each unit has sprinklers above it. Also, the building is on a hill, so flooding is not an issue in this facility. When I went back after we moved in to put in a few more things, I used our code to get in and they came by and greeted me by name when I was at our unit, asking me how everything was going. I liked the fact that they knew who was in the facility. Overall, I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage in Springfield.

Very favorable experience. I had reserved a storage unit on-line and received a prompt phone call confirming my choice. Being nearby, I stopped in to inspect the space. It was very clean, management was friendly, and while the initial unit I selected wasnt exactly what I needed, I requested to be contacted when another unit became available. Within 2 days, I received a call to inform me that a unit was now ready. I liked what I heard, the price was right, and the space was just what I needed. The electronic "paperwork" was a breeze to complete, the security setup was confirmed and tested, and I have been very pleased with my experience. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage here in Springfield, PA.

If youre looking for a well maintained storage provider with knowledgeable staff, look no further than Extra Space Storage in Springfield! Because Extra Space Storage has soo many locations state wide, I was easily able to rent the unit I needed up in Springfield, PA from down in NC. I was promptly contacted by Dwayne (Springfield store Mgr.) to ensure the process /reservation went smoothly. When I arrived at the PA location, Dwayne and his staff greeted me and showed me how to used the key pad to operate the gate/elevator/etc. They were all incredibly helpful! If you find yourself in need of a storage unit and you live in the Delco area, I would strongly recommend this location and company in general!!

I did quite a bit of research before selecting this location to temporarily store my personal belongings and it certainly paid off. The units are clean, easy to access, and safe. I lost the keys to the lock on my unit and the staff were absolutely wonderful in assisting me. Move-in and move-out were easy because of the elevator and large carts available. The only hiccup I experienced was accessing/leaving the facility from/to Rte 1N but that was easily overcome since there are U-turn venues very close by. I would definitely use this location again and would also recommend to others. Thank you for a very pleasant storage experience!

After I made my reservation online, I received a phone call, reminding me that there was only one unit. I arrived a little earlier than I said I would, and everything went extremely smoothly. The unit is really convenient to access, with hand trucks and flat beds available by the loading areas. My unit is on the first floor, inside. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Security is great. I recommend that you make sure you have your own insurance policy though, because insurance is mandatory, and theirs is very expensive. As soon as I provided evidence of insurance, the mandatory policy was dropped.

I have dealt with this facility for a few years now and i am very pleased. I have left the country a few times and was given piece if mind because i knew my property was in a safe location. The staff gets top marks for customer service as the make all guests feel welcomed and in my case, like extended family. The facility is always clean when i go and the access gate to get into the compound has hours which can meet all your scheduling issues. If you have children they even have a bathroom and water fountain onsite for those emergencies.

Everything is great about the facility, especially the staff! I had a climate-controlled unit. The staff is so helpful and friendly when moving in AND moving out. However, I cant give a perfect score because the secondary elevator never works well, and breaks down often. I hate that elevator! Fortunately, the main elevator does always works well. Also, the hallways are a little narrow, just barely wide enough to maneuver my tables. On the hand, they were wide enough; so thats good! Thanks for an excellent experience, ExtraSpace!

I have nothing but praise for the wonderful team at this Extra Space location. Ive been storing, both personally and through my business, since 2006. The location is clean and secure, the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the paperwork is painless. The online process is even easier. Ive stored at other places in the area, and this location has the best service by far, at similar pricing (I check around every year and see that their pricing remains competitive, so with the great service, theres no reason to switch).

Clean facility, very easy access for your car or truck, very helpful staff and plenty of moving carts available. Two of the reasons we chose this facility over others was the overall security of the facility ( wed be using it a lot at night) and the ease of access to our particular unit. Theres a main gate thats the only wasy to get access to the units and you cant get in without the proper code. I actually kept putting the incorrect code in and a security guard came out to my car!

My husband and I researched many storage places but finally decided on using the Springfield Extra Storage Space because of the friendly service and the outstanding amenities in the facility. Not only do we recommend Extra Storage Space in Springfield - but we would absolutely use this place again. There is no need to look any further if you need a storage unit.
