My wife and I booked our honeymoon to Sandals La Toc in St. Lucia through Cloud Nine. We worked with Nancy, who helped us decide on the right package deal. She booked everything and had the entire trip nicely teed up for us. I even cross-checked the pricing we got through Cloud Nine and found it to be about 8% less than the best deal I could assemble myself and even had a few more perks thrown in. Not bad at all. Were looking to do another vacation for our 3rd anniversary and will be reaching out to Nancy very soon. Highly recommended!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! The owner was unresponsive after she received our final payment. We never received our travel itinerary and were left stranded in a foreign country with no idea what transportation was arranged for us to our hotel. When we sent an email to try to find out she told us that she was out of town and was not able to help us. She then proceeded to BLAME US for not following up with her soon enough.

Not a good experience with this agency . Very unhelpful told wrong misleading information and no one seems to care or take any action . Its a shame they have so many great packages however I will not be booking with them ever again. Very dissapointed !
