I live across the street, within 2 minute walking distance, and I called 13 minutes before they closed. I was calling to see if they could fit in a quick trim for my 4 year old son and when I asked, the girl on the other line pretended to all of a sudden not be able to hear me. His hair cut wouldve taken 5-6 minutes, and the place was technically still open. I called back and their line was busy for the next 10 minutes and then when it rang, they answered and left the phone to sit off the hook and I heard all of their background noise. Ive worked in restaurants for years and yes, last minute guests can be a pain, but thats why I was calling first. I would never treat a customer like that and Im in disbelief at how unprofessional they were just to avoid a quick hair cut. All they had to say was that they were cleaning up and I wouldnt have cared one bit, but they went out of their way to treat a customer so disrespectfully. I wish I could give them zero stars. I dont go out of my way to be rude to strangers, and this place is supposed to be a business?! I would tell everyone, I dont know what kind of staff they have over there so take your business and money to a place that deserves it. Unbelievable.

Christina is the most negative, ghetto person Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Ive been to this location twice and will not return. The first time I was there, I was having my hair cut by someone else, when she got into a huge argument with a customer. She treated her with a ton of disrespect just because the woman wanted her haircut fixed. The second time, she was cutting my hair. She wouldnt stop talking about how much she loves to see parents beat their kids, and how she beats the hell out of here kid when she gets out of line. Completely unprofessional thing to talk about while at work. Good job, Supercuts for hiring this ghetto piece of trash.

I have been going to Supercuts for a while because it is so close to home, but I had my hair cut yesterday and it wasnt until I arrived home and showered that I noticed the the blending was not done well at all. I am not usually one to complain, but I went back to see if they could touch it up because I really didnt like how it looked. Shaina basically gave me a whole new haircut and my hair turned out awesome. She even gave me a coupon for a free haircut. Very pleased with how Shaina handled it especially since it wasnt her fault.

I went in with my 3 and 5yo and was told the wait was 20-25 min. After 30 min my 3 year old had to go potty. We were in the bathroom for about 5 minutes and there was still 2 people ahead of us. When we came out they had seated the 2 people in front of us and gave our spot away. All they could say was we called your name, sorry. We were not going to wait another 25 minutes, so we left and wont be returning.

Go somewhere else! The entire time Im getting my haircut the stylist talked about people complaining about how she doesnt know how to cut hair And her comeback was I went to school for this, I know what doing. After all of that, I wound up with probably the worst haircut Ive ever had. I just didnt want to hear it anymore. I went somewhere else the next day to get it fixed. Less talk, more cut correctly!

Nothing against the stylist but the company is just too expensive. Going back to corner barber shop. $53 for a trim and gray blending is just absurd.
