The atmosphere was very unprofessional. The hair was bad even though it cost an arm and a leg. The proprietor failed to admit that the hair was bad. She tried to make it sound as if I had no hair management skills. I purchased 2 bundles and a frontal. The frontal was still smelling like a pair of dirty socks after 2 washes. It is hard to work for $650.00 to give it to someone for nothing. This is the first establishment where I have encountered a person paying for service before it was rendered. That was a red flag right there. Pity I didnt heed the warning.

The Glam Factory Hair Salon is a great professional place to get your hair done. The Hair Salon is nice and clean with friendly staff. The service is nice and fast with great quality work. The cornrows that I got from the shop were great & lasted long. Prices are realistic and dont come off as way over priced. This is a great hair salon for locals in the area & this would be a great place to try. I personally recommend The Glam Factory Hair Salon for anyone looking for a great hair salon in the area.

I dont care for the service. stylist wasnt welcoming I walked in jolly they killed my vibe. Now while I was there I already knew I was gonna make a review. Thats how bad it was it was the man that work there extremely rude Nd unprofessional. I dont care for him. But who I believe to be the person in charge she is why I even gave them stars at all she was everything the shop should be. I just wish she was there when I came I would have had an better experience.

The Glam Factory is truly amazing!!! Im from Los Angeles, and couldnt find any places to get my hair done in Philly. Well lets just say its the best shop. Also I purchased bundles and a closure from her, its the best hair Ive ever worn. Its been in my head a whole year now and still looks new. Although it was a bit pricy its a true investment!! Thank you Nikki! You will definitely be satisfied

Recently relocated from Ga back to Pa and was unsure on who I would go to for my hair. While I have to go 40min from my residence I dont mind the drive because I leave happy. Recently got my hair colored by Nikki and lets just say I turn heads and when she gave me a trim it was just that she wasnt scissor happy. Not to mention the shampoo guy gives my scalp life every visit!!

Ive only visited this salon on 2 occasions, and both experiences have been great! The first time I came was for my junior prom where I got a weave ponytail and Ms. Nicky really slayed my hair! The second time was just as great when I got cornrows that were quick yet gorgeous. Definitely will be visiting again for my senior prom this year.

Its my first time visiting the glam factory and I was really impressed by the high quality customer service and how relaxing my shampoo was. Everyone was so welcoming when walking through the doors. Also, very comftorable for the people who are waiting to get services done! Definetly would recommend coming to this salon!

I absolutely loved my experience here , there is only one stylist which is the owner of the shop so you might have to wait but its worth the wait she is the best at what she does ,also its not busy on Tuesdays so you will be in and out. The staff is awesome as well they treat you super well.
