Michelle was outstanding from our first contact through the full process of signing up for Medicare Insurance! Never pushy. Never a "typical" insurance agent looking for a sale, but helpful in understanding what we wanted and needed, and suggesting rather than telling us what we "should" get. My first 2 contacts with Michelle were informational only with no intent to purchase, and she was very helpful even though I obviously wasnt going to buy insurance form her. It was, in fact, her attitude of helping me get my questions answered that actually led me back to her when I was ready to purchase. I cant say enough good things about my interaction with her, even with follow-up questions and looking for general insurance advice. Highly recommended!!!
