Absolutely horrible customer service. I was bounced from one department to another department to another department. Each time I had to go through and explain what it was I was trying to accomplish and each time I was transferred to yet anther department that didnt handle my request. After expressing my frustration, I was politely told that they were sorry for my experience and proceeded to transfer me to someone else that couldnt assist. When transferred to automatic teleprompts, the key prompts were not working so I was not even able to attempt to direct myself to the proper department. All in all, customer service was neither in anybodys vocabulary, nor in the companys philosophy. Cut rate insurance...possibly, short on customer service...sounds like the company motto

My grandson needed auto insurance and contacted an AAA agent that he purchased from before. There were some minor problems with the service so I contacted my AAA agent Jennifer De Grace and ask for her help with the problem. I would recommend Jennifer for anyone needing AAA insurance. Her response was very professional and helpful.
