They dont return phone calls. Have not had that problem with AAA in Philly or Glen Mills, or Liberty Travel anywhere. Have a very specific reason for inferring racism/prejudice in their lack of interest in service. Got the same feeling at AAA West Chester when I was quoted a $3000 RT airfare when I had found lots of airfare around $1000 half an hour earlier. Its either a West Chester prejudice or an Ive-never-booked-this-destination ignorance.

AWESOME! Jill Cummings has been our travel agent at Whirlaway for years. Every trip she booked for us was perfect and there was one where we had a problem with our accommodations and she jumped into action and changed our hotel.
