After reading a couple negative reviews, i must say i am extremely surprised. I too have worked with Jetset for several years and have had nothing but positive experiences working with them. Never rude regardless how often i call (as i can be anal making sure plans have been clearly communicated) with booking and planning for several families who at times drive me nuts changing cabin categories or number of people to be included in rooms...im surprised they are as kind and patient with me.
