Had my oil changed new tires etc. and diagnostics done two weeks ago and car hasnt run correctly since. I took it back for service because my brakes failed and they said the couldnt find anything wrong. They kept for three days saying they couldnt find the problem. On the 3rd day they said they couldnt find the break problem I reported, but by the way, they just discovered there were several issues that they did not let me know about I initially, Including issues with dirty fluids that were not mentioned on the diagnostics I had done two weeks ago. I asked them when they knew of these problems, turns out after reviewing the tickets they ran, they knew of the other things the day I brought it in and didnt tell me until three days later. The service tickets were dated for the day it came in to the shop. Meanwhile my rental car bill is escalating each day that goes by. In summary--- they kept my car for four days-- couldnt find the issue, then let me know three days later that there were other issues, that may have contributed to the primary issue I was concerned with. ( I have the written documentation). The worst part? They questioned if my breaks really failed. I assured him they did and that the tow truck driver witnessed the failure as well. Unacceptable ..... Ive been an aaa member for over 20 years and have never been dissatisfied til now.

Having used AAA Car Care Centers across the country for years, with confidence, I had several bad experiences here, including their insistence on "policy" that requires them to use their higher-priced synthetic oil instead of the customers; their inability to rotate wheels because they didnt have the proper socket to remove non-locking lug nuts (this on a common size lug); installation of an after market part rather than OEM (without consulting me for a choice) that resulted in severe body-contact vibrations and noise, and subsequent dealer replacement $$$$$), and misaligned driving lights following a bulb repair and replacement. However, counter service was good, courteous, and professional. I will NOT again, nor will I recommend using this car care facility.

MIKE is THE MAN!!! He is remarkably helpful, knowledgeable, informative, accommodating, patient and a true professional. There are not enough words. He took care of my car needs one day...then the next day, made sure my flat tire was replaced by the warranty without extra expense and incident. Hes such a hardworker and quick to think & move. What an ASSET he is to AAA!!! THANK YOU FOR THE IMPECCABLE SERVICE!!!

I went in to my local AAA car care Dover Delaware at 1130 with no appt for a oil change they took the car with other cars ahead of mine and they called at 1:00 and said the car was done . Definitely fast and friendly service . I delt with Dave , Rena and Jeffery and they are superior employees . I had a excellent experience and will be returning for my future car needs !!!!

This was my first visit to AAA Dover Car Care. Needless to say that I was impressed. They were prompt and courteous and had my vehicle done under the promised time. They showed me the few things wrong with my vehicle with no up sell pressure. Made their recommendations for further work with priorities 1,2 &3. I will be going back.
