First of all, let me say that Gina is one of the most courteous and professional individuals I have ever dealt with. When the initial cruise offer fell through, she immediately presented me with another deal that was reasonably priced and very much conducive with my budget. She kept steady communication with me and addressed as well as adjusted any necessary changes I needed to make in order to for the trip to go over more smoothily. I had so many questions since it was both my mothers and sisters first cruise. There was no aspect of the itinerary she wasnt knowledgeable of. Up to the very last moments, she ensured our package was secure and all of our accommodations were very well met. More than anything, I wanted this trip to be particularly special for my mother and aunt who are both retirees. Going on a cruise was a bucket list desire for my mom, so she was so impressed with end result! We had such a blast and they were even surprised on Mothers Day to a complimentary gift from Gina, which profoundly blessed them. It was the trip of a lifetime and I look forward to using her services again to book the next vacation. Ive already told some friends about her and will forward her information to them. I am writing a review first time for the travel agency it’s obvious they worth it. It was best tour of my life with Ocean View Travel, Best experience ever!! They take you as a family and take care of your trip and stay connected which really impressed me. Gina did a wonderful job thumbs up guys you made my trip joyful. Highly recommended. Gina is a dream maker. We gave her a few places that we were interested in visiting for my 40th birthday and she gave us an overview of all of them. From her list we picked the one that suited us best and she did everything for us. When we changed our minds about something she quickly changed our plans for us and helped us find an alternative.
