Price/Value ratio is very low. Before the internet became mainstream public accessible, the ratio was very high with maps, triptiks, discounts, and tour books. The price of AAA Central Penn membership has gone up faster than the usable features you can already get through your smartphone. Discounts are available from other services and publications. ***So AAA, how about dropping the cost of your overrated memberships and provide members with usable online services. AAA needs to get in the 21 century and stop ripping off members!!!

Had a road side assistance card for over 15 years with auto withdrawal for payment . Looked at my card this year, it says card exp date, 3/31/16, but just found out it expired last year on 3/31/15, what the --------doesnt matter as I have a new plan with another company, but why wasnt their any communication from AAA to me of any kind?

I had a flat tire about a block away and drove it to this office to get out of the below freezing cold. Kathy, at the front desk really went the extra mile for me. The dispatchers were really busy so she checked on it for me kept me updated every step of the way. The customer service is outstanding!!
