We used this company for our family vacation to Jamaica and entrusted our week of fun in the sun to the travel agent-Audrey Hibbitt who had started off pretty cool but ended up ruining our vacation and then had the audacity to be rude to me while I was stuck in Jamaica with paperwork she gave me showing my husband in one hotel and I in another hotel. Not once taking responsibility for her role she played in the fiasco from the time we landed til 8hrs later when we finally got some resolution from the "sold" out hotel. The rep didnt contact me until I made contact and then informed me that they would only reimburse me for 1 day which I must use with them and only for another 5 day vacation. This is going to be a joke for my family is refusing to use this company again in fear next time we might not ever make it back. :(

I went to book a trip at Liberty Travel on Kirkwood highway and was unpleastly greeted by an extremely rude travel agent---Brenda. I am typically very fogiving, but she was too much. She was rushing me through the process and not providing information that could assist in the decision. She told me what my trip was going to be and was not providing options for me. She was very opinitated and had a terrible attitude---she actually started an arguement with me, a customer---she is a real idiot. I walked right out of the store and went to the next travel agency to book my trip. Save yourself a headache and book your trip with a professional.

I stopped by Liberty Travel Agency to book a vacation trip and the "vacation expert" (Karen P.) said shes too busy but she can email me with all the information I need and ... NOTHING HAPPENED After couple days I called the agency to figure out whats going on?! Karen P. wasnt in office and I spoke with other "expert" Stephany ,same as Karen took all my info and ... NOTHING HAPPENED In my opinion they are such a sloppy employee and they dont care about customers

In the beginning the travel agent was great but then after I had difficulty with being able to contact her. She made a mistake on our tickets wouldnt return the email the day before I left and I had to go through hell with the agents at the airport. I would never book with them again. oh and the seating was horrible on the plane no where near the person I had travelled with.

Horrible experience!! Our travel agent would not return phone calls and told wedding guests she was "too busy" to take their contribution to our honeymoon fund. I had to wait over an hour and a half to pick up our plane tickets. I would not recommend liberty travel!!!
