Ms. Hooper at Travel Health in Williamsburg was very friendly and helpful. She was practical and up to date in her knowledge. She went out of her way to give me the most useful and detailed information, clearly focused on helping the client. Her level of professionalism and integrity is impressive and most appreciated! (I previously had a very different experience with another such service in North Carolina. There I was given partial and out-dated information with a strong push to take as many overpriced immunizations as possible, whether indicated or not.)

I was here the other day just to get a vaccination for an upcoming trip. This place is fantastic! I wish every place had the customer service this place has. They spent more than enough time explaining everything I needed to know about possible dangers and hazards as far as health concerns go. Above and beyond what I expected. If you need travel health information or vaccinations dont just go to your personal doctor and get some shots. Go to this place instead as this is their specialty. Cant say enough good things about this business. Five stars easy.

I found out about this place through a Costco in Hampton Roads. I wanted a typhoid vaccine, but did not have a prescription, so they said they get many clients from this place. I booked an appointment with Ms. Hooper and ended up talking for five minutes or so, immediately understanding she was the right person. I got a typhoid shot instead of oral vaccine at a competitive price, my vaccine record (!!!), and details of malaria places, and scared by more diseases (its reality). Go here before any backpacking trip!

Just spent the afternoon with Ms Hooper getting immunizations for an upcoming trip, I have to say this is the customer service i would really like to become accustomed to. She answered all of our questions and some we had not even considered. Her office is decorated with other travelers pictures that are simply a joy to see. You can get immunizations form other sources I assume, but to get them in such a full service fashion was quite the treat.

Theyre great! She took the time to go through all of the shots, why they were needed, safety precautions for the countries I was traveling to, etc. The place is also very welcoming and clean. Ill definitely be returning there if I need immunizations in the future.

If youre traveling abroad, dont go to a traditional pharmacy. They wont spend the time to talk you through the appropriate vaccinations. Come see Niki. Shes amazing. Highly recommended!
