First time at AAA. We usually get our oil changes and other minor maintenance elsewhere, but decided to take advantage of an emailed coupon for a discounted oil change. Made an appointment, arrived 10 minutes early, but waited 25 minutes while the one counter rep worked with another customer. No recognition from anyone that we were waiting, nor did anyone else behind the counter step up to help. Once we were helped, I have to say that the counter rep was courteous and helpful. It did seem to take awhile to get all of the information he needed entered into the system, but the system may have been at fault, not the rep. We told him that we would do some shopping next door, and would be back in in hour or so. No problem, he said. Note that this was now a good half-hour after our appointment time. About an hour later, we came back to AAA. The van was on the lift, with a large, spreading pool of oil under it. No one around it, but I did notice one employee walking through the garage with a large double handful of absorbent towels. (No mention was ever made to us about this obvious mistake.) Another 45 minutes spent in the waiting area before we were told the van was ready, and was parked out front. We paid, but no van out front. Finally found it in back of AAA, accessible only by walking around the building, or through areas inside labelled "employees only". So, well over two hours for an oil change, and a lot of waiting around at both ends of the process. I will say that the additional checks and recommendations were on the money, although well probably go somewhere else for the work. I wont say well never go to AAA again for service, but Ill test them on something simple again, like an oil change or tire mounting, before I trust them with anything more critical.

I had AAA insurance for about 3 years for my 4 vehicles. I never had a claim or any mark against my driving record. AAA cancels my insurance without any notice. I dont find out until I get a letter from MVA giving me 15 days to pay all the fines. My wife goes to this location for help. Unfortunately my rep(Vance) no longer works there. She is helped by someone else. I get told before they can do anything I have to pay for 3 months immediately. Payment has never been a problem. I pay and then get put on hold. he rep comes back and acts like she forgets everything that we just talked about, even though my wife is standing right in front of her. I then start telling her what needs to be done again. She acts like Im taking too much of her time. She said she would give my wife the paper work that she is sending to MVA. I get home and my wife has a receipt. Now Im stuck hoping that the situation is handled. Unfortunately I cant take the time off from work to come in personally. Basically I have lost all faith in AAA and its insurance.

Incredible service, they were fantastic. My car blew a tire and I had a tow truck drop it off here Sunday night after hours. I filled out the after hours sheet and dropped my key in the dropbox. I was occupied all Monday so I missed every time they called. They left voicemails informing me of the status and were available every time I called back. My car was fixed and ready by 5 pm monday (new tires, replaced all the lug nuts, alignment). I couldnt make it that night since I needed to Uber from Baltimore. They told me I could pay over the phone and theyd lock the keys in the car. They took care of everything for me and I never even once saw a staff member. They did everything I could have asked for. Unbelievable service. Thank you. I did not even have a AAA membership. Im getting one now.

ALWAYS get a second opinion! Ask for the itemized receipt of what they want to do. I went in for an oil change and they tried to tell mey brake system was completely destroyed. They quoted me $1200 to fix it. I called around and the next highest estimate to do everything they said was about $750. I took it someplace else to get this done, and the mechanic said my brakes are fine, they look almost new! I will NOT be renewing membership with AAA, this was an attempt to rip me off and was completely unacceptable. UPDATE: I tried calling the customer service line as instructed. I left a message and never heard back from them. This was over a month ago. I sent an email, which was also ignored. Please do NOT go to this place!!!!

BEWARE!! Terrible terrible TERRIBLE customer service from the car care center. I have NEVER complained about any mechanic but this place was beyond a terrible experience and I HIGHLY suggest you never even step foot in there! The manager was awful and just told you what you wanted to hear, until I got the bill and the brand new brakes were completely RUSTED and still grinding and they had to replace them for a second time in 2 weeks. Its a shame that AAA has a place like this still in business! UPDATE - Turns out, they NEVER even replaced the calipers that we paid for! WORST AND MOST UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY EVER!

After a very good experience in White Marsh I was very disappointed to walk in and be ignored by the staff who were crowding around a phone. After I interrupted then they then seemed to get back to work mode after they told me to talk to one person who seemed unwilling to help. Once started, things were straight forward. Id not go as far as saying avoid this place but be prepared for sub par customer service.

I usually take my two cars to the dealership for oil change and tire rotation. When they recommend other services, I always bring my cars here (AAA). Personnel is knowledgeable and polite, reasonable prices (50% less than the dealership), job is done in a timely manner and they have shuttle service. I would definitely recommend this place.

I took my wifes Saturn Sky in for service, AC and Belt replacement. The job done was fine. Have not had any problems with the work. Its been about two years now. Plan to use them again and hope they will go a good job once more

I went in to have my car fix n came out with a blown engine n finger prints all on inside of my car!!! Never again for me but if you try them Ask HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN DOING THIS KIND OF WORK!!!
