I asked for polish that changes color in temperature. When the lady started doing my nails I noticed they werent changing colors. So I waited until they got under the drier. When they got done drying they still werent changing colors. So I told her my problem. She said under water theyll change. I put them under water and they didnt change. So I asked for a polish change free of charge for my unconvince. She said no itll be $10. I said $10 for what if your polish says it changes color but it doesnt? She started ignoring me. So I sat there and then asked "so whos changing my polish" she ignored me and called security! I told security my situation and security said I was right. They should just change my polish. They ignored security and told security to get me out lf their store! LITERALLY THE WORST NAILSHOP EVERRR!! Security said they get complaints EVERYDAY! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE!!!!

not sure why there are so many bad reviews..... ill be honest, i read the reviews before visiting and they made me super hesitant. this place is within walking distance from me, so i tried them out on a whim. the manicure and pedicure i got was pretty typical for the price point. it was relaxing and enjoyable. my nails look amazing. the nail tech took his time and made sure everything was perfect. ill definitely be going back, especially since its a short walk.

I wish I could take away stars!! My friends nails were fine terrible! And after paying, taking the polish off and having someone else refile them- That wanted to charge her to paint them!! For the same paint she Just paid for!! And the manager said "Oh, Well!!" I have NEVER been treated so POORLY, After Paying for a Service!! Terrible Customer service! And terrible Work/ Nails! I want to deter as many people as I can from going there!!

After today i wont be going back.. the last cpl times Ive neen there after storming out on one visit because i sat for 45 min then was told they wouldnt get to me. Ive been here 2 times after that, always asked of i have a appointment. Today I walk in and another women walk in we both ask for the samw thing and i was told to come back on a hr.. and took the lady that came in after me.. they are snooty and take who they want ..

My husband purchased a $50 gift card for my birthday which wasnt signed my management. After being hassled when I went to use it by the owner my husband told me he was the one who sold him it. He eventually honored the gift card after he made me feel like I had stole it. Wont be going back anytime soon. P.S. costumer service isnt their strong point!

The staff here is rude and has no concept of customer service. I asked a question about what product was being used for my pedicure and she got upset. I wanted to test a color on my toe nail before it was applied on all my nails and she rudely shot back that I should put it on my finger nail and she wasnt going to do that for me.

This was the worst experience in the 10 years of me getting my nail done. I WILL NEVER GO BACK! They are disgusting honestly I dont even know why this buisiness is open. I also had to pay 20$Extra for something that I didnt get. They will get out on you for your money dont go!!!!!!!!

Me and my best friend came here together with an appointment with the same person. I was 1st to get my feet done and they said she cant come back with me, so they sent her back to the front by herself. Not cool, she should be back here getting her feet prepared to get done with me.

Best experience Ive ever had at a nail salon. I was treated with such great care and was asked my name once and have been spoke to using my name every time I come in without having to retell them my name! Exceptional service and would refer everyone there!

I have gone here several times for massage, manicure, pedicure, etc. and absolutley love the place. The atmosphere and quality every time I have gone has been amazing! I definately would recommend it.

Atmosphere was nice. Nails were very messy. The girl painting my nails was on her phone taking calls the entire time. Only positive is that when I bumped my nail they made sure to fix it before I left.

Made an appt to have my eyebrows waxed. When I left one of my eyebrows was pretty much missing. As I paid 15$ for the service I found out the girl who waxed me was a receptionist! Will never go back.

I have had my nails done and my legs waxed here. I wont go anywhere else. Maybe the salon is not good, but there has never been a time when my mani, pedi or leg waxing has been a bad experience.

This is the worst experience I had
