Love my hair stylist! I found this place on a Groupon or Living Social a while back, so i gave it a shot. I just randomly set up an appointment with who ever answered. Her name was Sarah. She is the only one I let do my hair now. Now and before I would never be considered a "hair person" so instead of giving her detailed instructions using words she would know, I would describe using my 20 word beauty vocab, but every time she nailed it. Everyone at the salon is real nice and personable. From the outside, its hard to tell where it is, but once you find its not a commercialized store, that adds to the charm. I know there are other services in the salon, but honestly I dont use them.

Love this place. I had discovered it through an Amazon Local deal for a gel manicure. The nail tech is the sweetest thing. Everyone in the salon is extremely personable and they all do a nice job. I showed up there today disgruntled from an experience at another spa earlier in the day ( they canceled my appointment as I was sitting there waiting for an appointment I had made 2 months prior) I stopped at Identity on my way home and they were able to fit me in plus help me out with some other salon issues. Thank you to all there. I will have already scheduled my next appointment with them.

Best salon experience I ever had. Staff was welcoming. I also loved the lighting and decor. The lady that cut my hair listened to what I wanted to do with my hair and kept trimming and styling until I was completely satisfied with the length and style. She even styled my hair. I got many compliments from co-workers, friends, and family. I will definitely be a returning client. Especially with the additional services, like waxing and maicuring, available.

What an adorable & cozy atmosphere. Really like all of the ladies who work there. They care about their clients. Jayme gave me a great haircut. Best part was, she took the time to look up some suggestions for what she thought I would like prior to my appointment. I have never had anyone do that before. Highly recommend!

Lovely ambiance and attention to detail are rule here. Sandra uses only products that are environmentally friendly and safe. Her sense of style is fresh and she never fails to think of that little something more, that makes a statement.
