Our family has had a wonderful experience at HBELC. My son has attended there since the age of 4 (he’s now 7) and my daughter since she was about 2 (she’s now 4). Staff is very friendly and communicates openly about my child’s experiences. Director, Miss Alicia, has demonstrated flexibility and understanding throughout our years there. As someone with early education experience, I feel that they do a great job of fostering developmentally appropriate practices and educating the whole child. Great balance of teaching social skills and academic readiness. I highly recommend HBELC to all families, as it provides affordable and quality early childhood experiences.

My sons growth education wise has not progressed. Always short staffed. Unprofessional and inconsistent. No parent involvement is allowed regardless of what the director says. When told of any problems be prepared for a debate. The director lacks experience and professionalism. Im pretty sure shes friends with the teacher whos son gets special privileges so good luck if you have a complaint. Also be prepared to be lied to about the time frame your child will advance. Some how because of their staffing issues its ok for your child not receive the program you originally agreed too.

I had our son here for almost 3 years & it was the best daycare experience weve ever had. I always felt comfortable when I left him there & knew I had nothing to worry about. The staff became like family to us & I miss them now that our son is kindergarten.

Our daughter is in the infant room and Ms. Jen texts me regularly with updates. I found that she is very happy there. They are invested in her health and growth, and I couldnt be happier with the care she receives.
