Ducklings has been an excellent experience for our son. A wonderful facility located conveniently off Route 1 with outdoor play areas, bright and colorful classrooms, a library, and a gym; staffed with friendly and attentive teachers; all put in motion by an accommodating and efficient administration. Music, art, lessons, games, and free play are part of the daily routine, and children are encouraged to play outside when the weather permits. Status reminders emailed to you at the completion of each day detail meals, naptimes, activities, and even packing reminders. Bonus: sometimes the staff email pictures of your child and their class during their activities... this is always a treat! Ducklings also regularly hosts seasonal activities for parents and families to get involved with, including parent breakfasts and outdoor "block parties". One of the downsides to all this fun at Ducklings is the lack of "free" vacation time. Tuition is due in full each month regardless of attendance. Not a big deal, but it might be a factor for some. Additionally, other than pizza Wednesdays, there are no paid lunch options anymore due to lack of interest. All in all, I would highly recommend Ducklings ELC!

I love Ducklings! Its hard to decide where to start. It can be hard as a working parent to feel good about being without your child during the work week, but Ducklings is truly a place where children thrive. Our four year old is constantly surprising us with the new things that he learns during his days at Ducklings and our 16 month old is full of smiles and giggles when I pick him up in the afternoon. Each and every member of the staff, from management, to the teachers and helpers, are wonderful people (where do they find them!). Each week there is a new area of focus that the crew shapes into lessons, activities, artistic projects, and events. The kids play outside a great deal, including water play, riding around on bikes/scooters/trikes, and even parades. The positive energy starts with the management, through teachers, staff and right into the kids. The vibe even extends to parents, who often become friends and who know the other children in their childs class by name. Way to go Ducklings! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you for all that you do for our boys!

Ducklings has provided a wonderful environment for my children to learn and grow. All NAEYC accredited centers are going to have a lot of the same basic components around curriculum, safety, etc, however I think there are a number of things that set ducklings apart. The staff is highly creative and always has new and exciting things on the walls/art projects under way (being very left brained Im thankful my kids are getting this stimulation). They have a gym which is great for giving the kids a chance to run around in the middle of the winter. They also have a number of special events (PJ Day complete with breakfast for lunch, Super Hero/Princess Day, Valentine Dance, Summer Splash Days and more) without asking the parents to provide a lot of extra support (by way of money or time). We have taken advantage of the Soccer Shots program and Oxford Dance Program that they offer during the school day which saves us from running around so much in the evenings. Very happy with our experience!

I love the Ducklings team! They navigate parent-teacher relationships extremely well. Being a Ducklings parent for 5 years, Ive come to really appreciate the partnership approach. The teachers and staff are like an extension of our family, everyone all working together. Its never adversarial and I never feel judged. The facilities are clean, they purchase new toys/books as needed, and theres a gym when weather prevents outside play. I love all of the learning! The teaching style prepares kids for big school but also allows them to be kids and play. The baby and toddler rooms have teachers that know each kid, and expose them to books, art projects, and ABCs. Its been a great experience having Ducklings as a partner for our working parents family.

Ducklings is a great environment where children can learn and grow into amazing people. I went to ducklings when I was younger, and now I currently work here as an assistant teacher. I look forward to coming to work, as do the other teachers I work with. All of the staff I am surrounded by are very passionate in what they do here at Ducklings. We enjoy focusing on the development of the children cognitively, physically, socially, and emotionally. The parents are able to leave their kids here knowing it is safe and their children will be happy here all day. So- as a Ducklings alum and now a current teacher, I would definitely recommend this Early Learning Center to every family in the area.

I cant say enough good things about the experience my family has had with Ducklings. Both of my boys have thrived there and I leave them each day knowing they are well taken care of. Every person on staff is kind and caring to my children regardless of whether or not they are their teacher. I couldnt imagine my kids being anywhere else. Ducklings is like family to them and to us.

We are so happy with Ducklings. We came from the Goddard school in Maryland which we also loved, but Ducklings has provided us with an even greater experience. It is a wonderful feeling to drop off your child and feel confident that they are in good hands.

Have sent both of my kids here for the last 5 and 3 years respectively. The experience has been great and they learn so much. Feel like my daughter is almost over prepparred to be a kindergartener!! Highly recommend.
