I frequent West Ave Grill often with my wife and two toddlers. We are always greeted immediately by a friendly hostess. If we go on Saturday or Sunday during brunch time we expect a small wait which is no problem for me, I always look at a place with a line as a good sign! If there is a wait we are offered a cup of coffee while waiting which is a nice touch. We get to our table and our waitress always takes our order for the kids immediately, you know how dining with toddlers can be. The kids love their waffles, pancakes, eggs, tuna salad and waffle fries (not in one meal of course.) The Mile high french toast, variations on eggs benedict, the lox platter, salads and the home made chicken salad are some of our favorites. The owner is always present and will even come over to ask how the meal was. I love family places who pride themselves on customer service, have consistent and quality food, and dont care if the kids are loud and make a mess. I will continue to return to West Ave Grill.

Went there on a Thursday evening, not busy at all!! WE we able to seat ourselves Our waitress was a pleasant young lady by the name of Holly. It was my first time there. BYOB but family friendly. The menu is very colorful and Holly def helped with us making our selections. There is inside and outside seating and if you find parking on the street its is 1 hr for .25cents (how awesome is that!!) When there I had the Jerk chicken and shrimp alfredo (YUMMY), the 2 crab cake meal with a side of sauteed spinach and mashed, a build your own burger and a side of mac and cheese. There were no complaints about the meals whatsoever. The mac and cheese are to die for and I only eat my mommas. I must say that I will be returning to try the some of the other menu items! Great food and even better customer service. Kudos to the chef. See you guys soon!

Great American diner. Nice enough for a date on the inside with delicious food. Seems to have a changing dinner menu because what we saw online was different than what was offered when we got there. Either way the service was decent and the food was great. I had a burger with onion rings and the fiance had the challah grilled cheese and tomato soup with a side of Mac n cheese. The soup was hearty and flavorful, the Mac and cheese was deliciously cheesy, and my burger was on point. They also had great unsweetened iced tea which isnt as easy to find as youd think.

Good food and terrible service. This is the third time I have ordered something for delivery and the order has been wrong! Frankly, I dont see the point of having a good product if they cant get the order right. Even when I eat at the restaurant, the service is usually incredibly slow and part of my order gets forgotten. If they got the service part together, it would be a great place. But the aggravation just isnt worth it. Plenty of other places deliver, so Ill be ordering from them -- and visiting them too probably. Too bad.

This breakfast menu is traditional, yet creative. There is something on the menu for all ages and tastes, ranging from sweet to savory, and light to rich. My server, Andrew was prompt and polite, and had a good understanding of the menu. The outdoor seating is beautiful on a nice morning, and is very tranquil for a breakfast alone. I would recommend this restaurant to other food service professionals, as well as anyone who enjoys a beautiful menu, paired with a great setting and five star wait staff.

The breakfast is really good and very cheap. I was surprised by the prices. Team members are very polite too. It looks like this place is very popular and crowded most of the times. The only thing I did not like so much is how tightly they place tables to each other. When people leave or new people arrive I had to move to let them path through. And this place is definitely not for meetings. Too much noise from talking around me people.

If you go on a weekend be prepared to wait for an excruciating amount of time made only more infuriating by watching tables sit open for over 30 minutes. The staff doesnt know how to manage a restaurant. At no point did the staff or hostess attempt to get people seated at the multitude of empty tables. Everyone gives up and goes to the Drake or fill a bagel across old York road. I suggest the same.

Amazing breakfast. I would recommend the Mile High French Toast with Caramelized Bananas. The service was great, our waitress Brittany was very friendly and helpful with our food selections. What i like about the restaurant is that everything on the menu can be made custom to your liking. Overall the the food was good, the service was spectacular and the prices were very reasonable.

We love it here! Our favorites are the tomato soup with challah grilled cheese and fried avocado. All of the breakfasts are amazing. The staff is always really, super friendly. The only downside is that their hours are so short during the school year that we rarely can make it over. (We had been going once a week for dinner.) We cant wait for the longer hours to start!

Really great place. Staff is kind and professional. Good variety of food options - all of which are delicious. Havent had something I havent loved. My go-to is definitely the "Wagman", great for fellow starving college students who are hungry but on budget. Would also have to recommend the cinnamon swirl pancakes for those looking for something sweet.

Food was decent but expensive. I ordered the signature burger and the burger was much smaller than the bun. The patty couldve been a little bigger. The large buns give the false appearance that the burger is bigger than it actually is. Ketchup should be brought out before the food is delivered.

We have had many meals here. Breakfast, lunch, dinner. The staff is friendly and responsive. Family owned and operated. Food quality is excellent and the food value for the money is good. Both on and off-street parking. If you are in the Jenkintown area dont miss this fine restaurant.

I just ordered from here for the first time and the food was really good. The delivery driver was here early and was very nice. I was so happy to find a breakfast place that delivered! West Ave grille will be my new favorite place to order.

We come into town a few times a year and always stop for Sunday breakfast before heading home. Food is always good. Nice portions and always served hot. Even when we have a big group and have to wait for a table, it is worth the wait

They have the best pancakes in town. The salads and omellettes are also quite good. All of the food is fresh and prepared to order so a very satisfying place to eat overall. Not much competition in this section of Phila.
