*happy hour review* Definitely new happy hour stop. I came on Tuesday and the bar was completely packed, but on Thursday it was totally fine...I guess its just a draw. Drinks: Rose gimlet, spicy lychee margarita, and indebluetini. All delicious and so creative in bringing in Indian flavors (like rose, spice, and cardamon) into drinks! They werent strong, but for $5, well worth it. Food: Hai ram, this was all delicious. The spinach chaat is a must!! Aloo tikis are a meh (but for $3, why not!). The naan pizza changes weekly I guess but ours with paneer was delightful. The stuffed peppers also delicious and SPICY (yaass) and stuffed with paneer and mozeralla..yes delicious. The most expensive was the naan pizza for $5! For 3 hungry chicas, we ordered 4 appetizers and that was our dinner, coming out to like $5/person and it was the best decision ever. Will definitely return, especially because they have a late night happy hour (9-closing) for us who work later! Shoutout to Michael the host for helping us out when we were in a rush to leave and he got us our bill, etc.

I used to frequent this restaurant when I used to visit my friends in Philly. I always used to discuss this place with my wife on how different this restaurant is from other Indian restaurants in terms of decor, food and over all service. It was a Sundays brunch that we decided go to this place. There was live music more of a tag team contest of a tabla player and Sitar player. Apparently the white tabla player got trained in Hyderabad. Very sweet person because he knew everything about Hyderabad. Secondly, coming to our waiter. I forget his name. He was pleasant, articulate and very informative about the brunch menu. He provided us with a great service. He was swift and catered to our needs. Next the food, we ordered chana bature and butter chicken. The chana was really good. However, the butter chicken was little out of place as it tasted more like tomatoe ketchup. Our appetizer was avacao chat which was perfect. Out and out, a must visit in heart of downtown Philly. Will visit again. Cheers!!

Indeblue food is great. I would eat their food again. The inside is amazing and conveniently near a parking lot. The morale seems pretty cool. We had the waiter JEISON who served us. He tricked us into buying bottled water. When it came down to pay for the check JEISON made us feel uncomfortable. We paid for our meal and tipped him. JEISON came back a little aggressively asking if he did anything wrong, or was the service bad. Everything before the paying of the check and tipping was great. JEISON made us feel like he wanted more money. JEISON made us feel like we werent good enough to have him as a server. We would NEVER want JEISON as a server again. We would be delighted to have him as a busser.

I was under-impressed. Some of the food was good (lamb pops, dessert sampler) but overall many dishes lacked depth (butter chicken) or just didnt work (scallop appetizer--too strong a sauce for a delicate scallop). And our service was poor--had the tasting menu but waiter didnt tell us we were basically ordering two of the same dish, he gave us our nan too early (with appetizer--it was cold by the time out curry arrived), had to wait about twenty minutes (or more) between courses, absolutely no explanation of the food when it was served, and the coffee had been sitting in the burner all night. I might come here for happy hour but he price wasnt worth what we got for dinner.

This location is everything that is amazing about their original spot in collingswood NJ. If it wasnt for inde blue, I never would have known how amazing Indian food really is. The ambiance is perfectly accompanied by the excellent wait staff. And for the food, I cant even begin to describe how great the quality is. I have had my fair share of Indian in the last few years and every time inde blue is hands down the best. The menu is always changing and adding seasonal flavors that will blow you away. This is true for the drink menu as well. Also, do yourself a favor and try their brunch as well.

The food was amazing! Usually when I go to an Indian restaurant I order some sort of korma, but that was not an option here. It was a good thing, since I got to try the Malai Kofta Bukhara - it was delicious. Full of flavor and just a bit spicy. We also got the barbecue pork samosa rolls as an appetizer. Im not usually a fan of samosas, but these were great. I could see ordering it as a meal for one. Next time Im in town I will be coming back.

The food was less than mediocre at best. Service was poor. Our table was wobbly but they wouldnt let us change the table instead had one of the girl insert a napkin under one of the legs. Waiters ran into our table 3x, seating was too close for comfort. Ambince is nice but they sat us right next to the restroom, and our candle wasnt lit. Food was dropped on the table rather than served. Very quick to take our plates. Did not feel welcome :(

Caveat: Vegetarian review. The spinach chaat appetizer was fantastic and I highly recommend it. The malai kofta was average. The koftas were a bit dry, hard and did no seem to have absorbed enough of the gravy to represent that element of fusion. The gravy itself was tasty. The naan was good and did not disappoint. I will be visiting this place again on a Tuesday when they have live tabla music and also to try more items on their menu.

Great choice of food. I would suggest grabbing a table to enjoy their entree selections, but, the bar also has a wonderful selection of small bites (be sure to ask for the bar menu because we werent originally given one). I knocked off a star due to the hostess station organization. Although we were greeted promptly, they left us waiting in the extremely small entry way without any guess of what the wait time was to be seated.

Unique interior design. .....great foods, the Lamb dish is must have. Chicken dish is also very juice and tasty. The crispy Spanish salad is so yummy, must try dish. Food the foods, the RATING IS ***** For the service, rating should be *** But the service is SO SO......after we ordered the foods, and when they put the foods on the table, we never see the waiter again, never asked us what we need or hows the food?

Had Tobi and the Indieblue team cater our wedding at the Powerplant Productions venue in Philadelphia this past weekend. Wow. My guests raved about the food. My wife and I rave about how fantastic their services were from the planning, set-up, execution and break down. Their specialty drink was so popular their team went and bought more supplies on the spot before their was ever a disruption. Complete success!!

Considering the highly rated reviews, went with my friends today at 12PM..restaurant was not crowded, there were only one other family.Considering that, 1) Food quality is bad 2) We ordered Non Veg thali price is $16 they served very limited qty of rice we asked why qty is less they brought additional rice at end they charged additional price for rice.We will never go again to this restaurant.

A very upscale and happening Indian. Very rare. I chose from the small plates for my starter/ appetiser as nothing really grabbed me. For the mains chicken makhani and the paella were selected with naan. The paella just to see why it was on the Indian menu! And the twist didnt work so dont be inquisitive and stick to the regular Indian renowned dishes.
