We cannot express enough gratitude to DeBord Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory and their funeral director Randall for taking care of our grandaunt Vickies funeral arrangements. We met with Randall and made pre-arrangements during Vickies final days at a hospice. He was very patient with us and explained their entire process as it was our first time planning a funeral. He was respectful that the family was in the grieving process. Within 24 hours after our meeting, our beloved grandaunt passed away, and Randall was efficient in informing the family and making everything so much easier. He was helpful in assisting with the obituary, and we were extremely impressed with everything from the service, the embalming (Vickie looks like she was just sleeping and healthy) and the floral arrangement. My grand aunt was an avid gardener and I explained it would be nice if the flowers can reflect that and not be the typical funerary floral but mix of wild flowers that are celebratory and in shades of purple. He immediately referred a florist that owns a nursery and people could not stop commenting about as her casket looked like it was draped in a botanical garden. It was such a lovely funeral and tribute and DeBord Snyder made it happen. I highly recommend them as it was so personalized and they were just terrific to work with even under such grim circumstance. A few months ago I had to go through the burial process with my mother and aunt for the first time. I was so impressed with the comfort, care, and concern that not only our director showed to my family and I, but the whole staff as well. They understood and truly cared that dealing with the loss of a family member is hard enough, and to go through all the options and arrangements is a sensitive topic to get into. However every option that was discussed was not just carefully worded so you felt comfortable, but really dealt with you and your familys well being their first priority. I got calls during and well after the process was over to see how we all were making it through. I will be forever grateful to them for handling everything we needed done with care, trust, and compassion so our family can fully focus on each other. Thanks again to everyone!

Wow! This was the first time that I was part of the decision making of a funeral. I was dreading it. I thought we would be there for hours. Boy was I wrong!!! The whole family at Kearney Snyders made it so easy. They are so Professional and knowedgeable that every question was answered without any hesitation. They took the time to learn our names, which meant so much to me. They took such good care of my mother that when my brother and I turned the corner to see her we both at the same time said absolutely beautiful. This was to be a celebration of my Moms life and they helped make it happen. Diane even got up during the church service and sang Amazing Grace so beautifully with her amazing voice. They go above and beyond. We did Celebrated my Moms life. I strongly recommend putting your love ones in their hands. Thanks again.

Our mothers services were beautiful and exactly how we wanted them to be, this was done with the help of Jeremy and co. Lastly, my siblings and I live out of state and Jeremy made it very easy planning all of the services and helped guide us through this process during such a difficult time for our family.
