There are few situations that are harder and more stressful for a family then the sudden death of a loved one, and when my Grandfather died suddenly, my family was left reeling. From the moment we called Charles F Snyder Funeral Home, we were treated with an unparalleled level of support, compassion and professionalism, which really allowed my family to properly grieve, knowing that our Grandfather was in amazing hands. Chad and his staff handled all the logistics, including bringing my Grandfather home from out-of-state, and the ceremony was a beautiful memorial to the life of a truly amazing man. Charles F Snyder Funeral Home welcomes all religious affiliations, my family is Jewish, and I know my Grandfather would have approved of the care he was given in his most vulnerable moments. Chad, his family, and the entire staff of Charles F Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory truly care about you, your family and your departed loved ones, and I cannot recommend them enough.

When I first met with Chip after my husband passed away, I had no idea what to expect and was an emotional wreck. Chip and the entire team @ Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home and Crematory were so compassionate and understanding, they took their time as they guiding me through planning his service. All of my questions were answered. Every concern was addressed. They encouraged me and went above and so far beyond my expectations in making my husbands visitation and service a true representation of who he was! They took care of all the "extra little things" so that our family wouldnt have to. At no point did I feel alone through the entire process! Recently and unfortunately the time came for our family to face tragedy and suffer the loss of a loved one. When dealing with such a major life event it is important to know who to call to make things easier. Fortunately, we did. Snyder funeral home. They gave us top notch, white glove treatment throughout the entire undertaking. The whole team demonstrated excellent judgement, patience, and detail while guiding us through a unique and difficult experience. They left no stone unturned, were there for us for the duration of the process and far beyond. They are an excellent, family run funeral home who treats your needs as they would there own. The absolute best.... he helped me in a way that I garuntee no other company would have.... he went way out of his way to help my family and I on a personal level.... he ment up with me late on a evening to get some things done as well. Me being young and taking on a family members death I didnt know where to go or what to do he made a lot of phone calls for me and got me threw it all. VERY PROFESSIONAL, perfect service for my Grandmother. I am so happy with the way everything went at the funeral. The people at Charles F. Snyder Funeral Homes & Crematory are really so helpful and understanding at this difficult time. My mother had no worries because all the planning was in their hands. Also, the pricing was very affordable. I see they have an on-site Crematory that really gives us piece of mind for the future services we will do there.
