I refuse to come back here! I truly regret sending my loved one to this funeral home. The owner has the most unprofessional, unwelcoming, and apathetic attitude towards patrons. For my loved ones wake, I asked the owner for a slip to excuse me from work. She acted as if I was a bother to her and very rudely told me to wait. She never apologized after coming inside the wake service to find me. She ignored another family member of mine who told her how ill-mannered and impolite she was. Aside from her extremely offensive behavior, my loved one looked NOTHING like their usual self after being embalmed. They were so unrecognizable that when my family entered, we all kept staring to ensure it was the right person. I will never forget the experience at this funeral home and I have absolutely no desire to return! Attitudes need to change starting with management. If I could, I would take back the entire experience.

This Funeral home workers are rude. Treat the family and friends bad. They must be cheap cause I would never use there service. The Owner is the worst one of all. They need people skills before dealing will public. At time of sorrow they can make you feel worse.
