Chad was our coordinator and from the moment we learned of our step mothers passing, he carefully and compassionately led our family through all of the steps and decisions that needed to be made. He and the rest of the Snyder team were extremely organized and all of the details were taken off of our hands which helped us to care for each other. I just left a viewing at Snyders Millersville location and it was so beautiful and welcoming. The staff who greeted my mother and I were so helpful and informative. The Chapel was beautifully decorated and had wonderful flow for guests who were paying their condolences to the family. We had a wonderful experience as a guest.
