We did not have a good experience at all with Liberty. A year and a half before we went on our trip to Europe we gave them a $100 deposit to help us find things to do while there. After waiting a few months and not hearing from them we called. They said the agent we had met with left the company and they would give our trip to another agent, so we waited a few more months and did not here from them again. We called a second time and they said the same thing again. That agent had left and they would look into getting a third to take over. At this point we gave up on them ,and they never did contact us. We booked the whole trip ourselves. When I went back in to Liberty after our trip they said they would not refund our money. The only thing they would do is give us a credit toward a future Booking. I was not at all happy with this, but it was all they were willing to do. So I tried to use the $100 credit to book a rental car for an upcoming trip. Even though the agent said the price for the rental car she booked was the best she could find, I went home after that and found one for $150 less. It was cheaper for me to not use the credit and pay it all out of pocket myself. At this point I have had to just give up on them and count it as a expensive lesson about there customer satisfaction policy. Jeff E.

They are a terrible company. DO NOT USE THEM. They really screwed over me and my family. We booked a room and then later they told us the room we book was not booked but we could have a different room for more money. We planned this vacation over a year ago and they didnt tell us this at all. I called up to verify everything a week ago and learned this information. Now theres 7 people in a family spending a week in 1 room with 2 beds. THANKS LIBERTY TRAVEL

My wife and I used liberty and our experience was terrible. When we tried to cancel inside the cancelation window we were told our deposit was non refundable. The funny thing was we never signed any contracts because the rep dropped the ball completely. I will never use liberty travel and strongly suggest you do the same.
