Really disappointed from service. I went to AAA thinking i could trust them for service when my belt popped control ing steering and ac. They fix it later right before new yearsbthe belt popped again this time with water pumped cracking and other belt. They told me it had nothing to do with the first belt and i dont believe that. Same belt issue and wouldnt the person see the other belt wore down the first time... So now after receiving work on the belts and water pump my car back at hard steering after two days. The car also gear slipping which it never did before. They told me they take a look at it but if they think i am wrong 107 fee. I dont feel comfortable at this place and lost trust.

I have been to AAA once and my girlfriend have been here once before. The staff was very courteous and professional and foremost the cost of fixing your car is much more reasonable than Good Year or the other popular auto shops. I currently have my car there to change my brakes pads and rotors as I write this review. I am very confident they will do an excellent job! I am confident if someone is not satisfied with their service they will address it immediately. Any auto shops can make mistakes, but its the follow up that is very important!
