My mother has aaa. Got a flat yesterday while with her. Didnt have proper tools to change tire because she bought different rims so lock nut didnt fit anything we had. Made the call at 12:20. Told us it would be 45 minutes. At 12:50 get an automated call that the tow truck was on its way. Arrival time would be 1:30. Already passed the 45 minute time they gave us. Then the tow truck finally gets to us at 2:05. Worst service I have ever seen. Guess I wont be getting aaa. Ever

I have had AAA for almost 20 years yes they may have issues at times but what company dont have busy times. If you price membership versea tow. Then all the other stuff. I love going in for vehicle tag or even going in to take care of insurance. Love you guys and I have never had issues with service.
