Horrible service. Was told once when booking trip they would assist us with everything and that our magic bands would be at the Disney resort and once booked were told we have to have our bands linked online and we have to order them which isnt true because we leave in a few days. We have to order them and wait and our trip is in a few days. Agent called at 5pm and we told her we were on our way over to pick up the Disney packet they have ready for us and have them help with our magic band But once we got there they assisted walkins before us when they know we have a limited time we can be there. This was supposed to be done the day we book and pay. We leave in a couple of days and dont have time to keep stopping at AAA and the manager doesnt seem concerned. It seems like once we paid for our trip the travel agents dont care about anything except meeting their quota. Horrible will never book with AAA again. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else.The travel agent Carol shouldnt be taking on her coworker Jennys job. It doesnt seem like Jenny wants to do it either
