The only thing worse than their auto service is their customer service: I was disappointed every step of the way with my appointment at AAA. It started with the greeting when I walked in the door. The woman behind the desk was friendly and polite, but when I told her that I was there for an automotive appointment I was directed to a desk maintained by two men who should probably work on cars, and not in customer service. When I came back to pick up my car, an hour later as discussed, I was again re directed to the "service desk". To say it all went down hill from there would be a gross understatement. I was told to wait, and "he" would come out to talk to me. I wasnt told who "he" was or why he needed to talk to me. I waited another 5-10 minutes until someone came out to talk to me. For the intent of telling this story, I will call the man who came out to speak to me, "Red" because he was wearing a red shirt and to this moment, I have no idea who he was. Red came out and informed me that while they were doing my tire rotation, one of my lug nuts was stripped off and unable to be replaced. This lug nut, in addition to the one I was already missing, made my vehicle "unsafe" to drive. I understand that, and appreciate their honesty in my situation; however, I was not offered so much as an apology or sympathetic glance. Their solution was to leave my car so they could fix it tomorrow, and they would be willing to drive me five whole miles. Red said, "There is nothing else we can do for you". I collected my things and made a few phone calls to try to get a ride home while the entire service desk avoided my eye contact. I walked back up to the desk and waited for someone to acknowledge me, so I could pay for my oil change and try to leave because I had to take my son for his team photos. I waited, and waited, and waited until someone else at the desk finally looked up at me. At this point, I burst into tears, and you would have thought that these men had been shown a gun. They both stopped what they were doing and stared at me, one of them pushed a box of tissues towards me while asking me if he could get me a glass of water. This was the first time during my visit with AAA that I was shown anything comparable to quality customer service and I had to cry in the middle of the AAA lobby in front of about a dozen people and my child before I was shown it. It was at this point, that the AAA service desk team finally decided they were willing to help me. They were somehow able to rig my lug nuts and I was allowed to pay and leave. Not a single apology was offered. Long story short, I paid them to fix the lug nuts two days later due to convenience, and after a long conversation with their manager 1/2 of the labor costs were taken off of my bill. Would I go back? No. Would I recommend it to anyone? Absolutely not. Id much rather take my business to a company that understands the value of quality customer care.

Well...never again with AAA! They came out to jump start our car after being in our garage with a dead battery and ended up ruining our electrical system and AC. According to the Mazda dealership where we brought it to be repaired. AAA crossed the negative and positive of the cables and caused the problems on our new Mazda 6. Of course, I would assume that AAA would cover the cost of this mishap, but they have denied my claim saying it could not be 100% proven. So...over $1000 to fix something that AAA caused. Dont do it...dont join AAA.

Very dishonest shop. Receptionist said I needed to replace all 6 cylinders in my engine but couldnt be sure it would fix the problem (1,200-1,600 with labor) & took 2 days to get an estimate, wasnt allowed to speak with a mechanic to get more detail. Their service was so bad AAA covered a complimentary tow to another shop. The better rated shop had it back quickly & it was only a minor wiring replacement, 2 months driving with no cylinder issues at all.

Our teenage son had a slight emergency, a blown tire, on the highway. We called AAA and they were awesome! The tow truck was there in about 30 minutes from our call. They towed the car to their service center with no problem, generated a proposal for tire replacements (that were in stock!), and we picked up our car the next afternoon. OUTSTANDING customer service!! Thank you!!

If your a AAA member, this is a good place to take your car for pre-road trip safety checks, oil changes, etc. Theyre no-pressure when it comes to maintenance or repairs they recommend, & give a 10% discount to AAA members on the repairs they perform.

So super nice!! As long as Ive had AAA never thought to go to their car mechanics and we got towed cause AAA took us there and I loved them Tom was awesome will use in the future for sure! VERY HONEST TOO!!

Honest and careful oil change/maintenance (I watched) for $47 which included synthetic oil, a tire rotation battery testing and inspections. Way better than Jiffy Lube or the Lube Shop.

Very helpful with travel ideas and they maintain vehicles there. I havent taken my car there for service in some time because they wont use your purchased parts, oil, or filters.
