Just discovered these guys about two months ago, and I cant say enough good things about them. My cars have been in there several times (they are very old), and I have found them to be very honest, thorough, and reasonably priced. An oil change and tire rotation only cost me $29 (that figure can vary a little with the type of vehicle you own, but that gives you a general idea). They really want to make sure you are satisfied before you leave. The bay area is completely surrounded with windows, so you can watch to make sure they are doing the work requested on your car. Also, they are open on Sundays! Isnt that wonderful? Please give them a try. You get 10 percent off labor if you are a AAA member, but anyone can bring their car to them.

We have enjoyed car service at the AAA car care center in Williamsburg VA for years but since we have moved to Fredericksburg, we were not at all pleased with this branch...Took over 2 hours for an oil change with service bay practically empty. We are used to 30 min or less at prior AAA.....

Very good experience overall. Tire pressure light was on and needed tire repair due to a nail. The associate did not push for new tire sale. Happy with the waiting area, clean and free WiFi. Employees all friendly and courteous. I will be back again.
