Hey Mark and Laura, Well, we are back and back to "normal" life. Just wanted to touch base and give you some feedback. First and foremost, THANK YOU guys (Mark and Laura) for helping us plan this trip. It was just what we were looking for....relaxation. We were able to do anything we wanted or nothing at all, and we did a little of both. Checking in at BWI was smooth. Didnt have to wait too long to get thru any lines. The flight was good as well. Club Mobay was great and made things super easy. We didnt get to use it too much on arrival since we were able to get right on a shuttle to the resort. We did spend about an hour in the departure lounge on the way back. Definitely worth the cost because they made it so easy to go thru. Wasnt very busy but still made it faster for us. I can see it being a BIG plus during the peak season. The flight home was also smooth. The resort was great. We did get upgrade when we checked in, which was a good thing. We heard the room number we were going to be in and the view from that room was the back wall of Tokyo Jos. We were upgraded to the Palms building and we were on the 3rd floor and there was an elevator, so we were good with it. The room was very nice and the view was much better than we would have had. Instead of looking at the back of Tokyo Jo’s we had a view of the basketball and volleyball courts as well as the beach and ocean. Thank you to Sandals for the upgrade. Tammy got to do her spa time while I went snorkeling. We also took the catamaran to Margaritaville on Friday night (our anniversary). Tammy got to do a little shopping and I did the slide at Margaritaville, which was a blast. Got back and had a late dinner at Cucina Romana. When we got back to our room there were rose petals leading from the door to the bed and we had another towel creation on the bed (we had a new one every night). There was also a piece of cake with a Happy Anniversary message on it. Once again, thank you to Sandals for taking the time to recognize this. The room upgrade and the anniversary recognition are little things in their grand scheme of things but they are some of the things that we will remember and make us want to return, which we do. We ate at a couple of the restaurants and the food was good at them all. We liked stopping into Cafe De Paris in the evening for a snack. I am not good with names but everyone there was super friendly and helpful. They all seemed to go out of their way to make us happy. Dreamers Travel helped us plan a vacation that we hoped would be memorable and Sandals Montego Bay back up everything you told us to expect and made it memorable. Thanks again, Mark and Tammy

I had the pleasure of working with Dreamers Travel for our honeymoon planning, and it was far easier that I had ever imagined. I worked with both Mark and Barbara quite a bit and bugged them constantly along the way. Since this was our first time flying/traveling internationally, we werent quite sure what to expect. From day one both Mark and Barbara were INCREDIBLY responsive...so fast it felt like I was texting with them, but this was over e-mail. I also had several questions along the way, and they were able to help point us in the right direction with each answer. We did a LOT of honeymoon research on expedia, yelp, etc. looking at reviews, and then told Dreamers Travel the resort we were looking to stay at. Within 30 minutes, they had a full itinerary ready for us (including travel to and from the airport) along with resort credits that we could use during our week stay. On top of all the e-mail communication, they also sent printed itineraries, reminders, checklists, etc. along with a goody bag that we did in fact use! They did every bit of the heavy lifting which was great because after all - we were in the middle of planning our wedding! We couldnt have asked for a better experience and even though our honeymoon is over, we will absolutely continue to use them for our vacations/getaways moving forward. If I could give Dreamers Travel more than 5 stars I would! I cant recommend them enough and thank you again!

When my husband and I decided to plan a long overdue trip without the kids a few years ago, we started out online thinking we could do it ourselves. Ultimately, we just werent sure which resort - or even destination - was right for what we wanted. We decided to visit Dreamers just for a consultation. Mark, the owner, asked us specific questions we hadnt even thought about. He wanted to make the most of our few days just as we did! After considering flight times, proximity to amenities, and everything we were hoping to get from the trip, he found us the perfect destination and we had the best vacation ever! Moreover, he got us a better deal and a greater package than we could have booked ourselves on any travel site! We have used Dreamers subsequently, and weve always received a superior level of service. Whether a long weekend or a luxury vacation, the team at Dreamers takes the time and effort to consider everything a client wants. No resort is perfect, but any snafu required only a quick contact to Mark and the gang, the concern has been immediately rectified. In the day of online everything, sometimes there is TOO much info. With Dreamers, I always know that I am getting personal service and supporting a local business. Highly recommend!

When we were beginning the process of planning our honeymoon we were overwhelmed with everything we could find on the internet. It was SO MUCH WORK. While planning a wedding the last thing we wanted to worry about was planning a vacation. I gave that task to my husband. :) What did he do? He called Dreamers Travel and put it in their hands. We met with Mark one on one to go over our plans in detail so we knew exactly what we were getting. We knew who to look for upon arrival in Mexico, we knew where to go, and what to do. Well, we didnt know exactly, because what we actually got was beyond what I dreamed we would get. I could go on and on about how amazing my honeymoon was, but Ill stay focused on Dreamers Travel. If you are considering using Mark, Laura, Jennifer or anyone else, DO IT. It was hands down, the best vacation I have ever had. Every single detail was taken care of, I swear the resort knew Mark and gave us extra special attention. :) Amazing! Awesome! Attentive! I can not say enough good things about the team.

I am a mom of four on a strict budget. Planning a trip to Disney took two years of saving and the expert handing of Dreamers Travel. We hit several roadblocks, and Mark and his staff turned them into vapor. When we got to Disney, our room did not have the microwave we were promised. I called Mark, and he called Disney. They were able to locate a microwave unit and installed it into my room within two hours of my phone call. Then, we were not able to use our tickets on the first day we arrived due to our arriving late. Mark helped us find a reasonable alternate location to stay so we could still use the last day of our tickets. All in all, this was a class act, and we are already saving again for another trip. It will take us two years, and more money...but the easiest decision we will make is to place our vacation into the more than capable hands of Mark and his staff. I couldnt be happier with our experience.
