Dont bother calling ahead, it doesnt mean you are put next on the list it must only mean that they will be open, obvious to me now after the second time. When I ask why someone that was at the counter seconds before me (that did not call ahead) was seated before me she said they just take them in order they arrive even if you call ahead. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice double shame on you! You just lost a long time customer. Hair cuts not bad Customer service sucks!

Daughter went there to get stray eyebrow hairs take off and they ruined her eyebrows!! They totally trimmed them so thin it looks totally the wrong shape. Stay away from these amateurs. She could have done it better herself. She came home very upset. Do not let them touch your face - obviously they dont know what they are doing and dont listen to what their customer wants.

Got my hair color done, after get home just realize that they didnt color all the way down through my hair, now I have to go to another place to Cut off the part that didnt color which it mean first waisting my money, second now Im totally having a boy hair!! Dont ask Liz to color you hair. Never go back there anymore LIZ!!!

Ellen is fast, courteous and talented. I would pay much more for such a quality cut. I dont know about women, but she is very good at cutting mens hair.
