Michael Allen has been my hair designer for about 9 years now. Often times when someone knows you well they can lose the ability to see you in many different ways, but Michael has the ability to see many different versions of me. I love to tell him " Do whatever you want" and I get a beautiful color blend and a new exciting haircut. Often now he is a victim of his own success, because my husband says "Dont change, I really like this look right now" and so now he also succeeds brilliantly at keeping certain parts of a look and freshening it for my craving for innovation. This past visit his recommendation for some new to the market products were so terrific my husband asked what was new that made my hair feel so soft and look so shiny. Swish! Three points! Getting my hair designed by Michael is a beloved part of my life, and a pivotal part of the way I nurture my soul. Over the years he has become a trusted friend.

When I called to set up appt, I asked to have the best stylist. I even said I knew I would have to pay more. Even though I did get a pretty good stylist. When I left I found put he was the new guy and rates the lowest. Because I was a new customer they just stuck me with someone knowing I would not know any of the stylists. I probably would have gone back if they hadnt done that.

The friendly and professional staff are amazing. They make you feel like family while providing a wonderful service. The facility was bright, welcoming, cheerful, and very inviting. Carol was a gracious receptionist and I always love how Traci does my hair. I cant wait to go back!
