If I could rate 0 I would. Place had bugs appeared to be bed bugs but Im not sure. I wanted the sideways feedin braids. I showed the lady multiple pictures of how big and thick I wanted the braids, and how I wanted the bang to lay. that didnt matter because she proceeded to do what she wanted. Feedin braids are supposed to be flawless and blend natural and synthetic hair together. I didnt get that! I got regular blunt braids. Once I saw how she was doing them I corrected her but even with her doing it "the right way" they still came out Janky af! Not to mention that she snatched my edges and forced them into a braid. Braids are way too tight I cant sneeze, yawn, cant even lay my head on my pillow and get some rest.. hasnt even been a day but Im taking these out asap 140$ down the drain... If youre reading this do yourself I favor and avoid all African braiding shops and either get crochet braids or go on instagram to find and go to a professional that knows how to braid but also cares about hair care!!!

I called two days ahead, the lady gave me an appointment at 8am Saturday morning. I got there at 8:05. When I arrived there was no one to braid my hair the same lady that gave me the appointment told me "shes coming shes coming we were all here late and very tired she coming" ummmm last time I checked this was a business and you being tired is non of my concern. I work at a hospital and when my patients have appointments they expect to be seen at their appointment time they dont want to sit around for an hour and a half because "Im tired". So I gave her an hour she came in an hour and a half and nonchalantly began eating breakfast. I nonchalantly called around to other braiding spots and left. They clearly dont want nor need my money. And Im clearly not going to give it to them.

Do not recommend! The braids are too tight and because they were too tight I had red bumps and bald spots throughout my head. The entire braid came out with the root of my hair. Not worth the money. Ladies do not waste your dollars. Go on YouTube watch tutorials take the time out and do your own hair or shop around. This shop is not interested in hair care for their clients. They only want to meet a quota. The owner would not even hear me out. She was rude and kept interuputing me as she did not want to accept that I did not receive good service. She calls herself Christian but could not admit that perhaps I was indeed an unsatisfied customer that paid her over $200 to create excruciating pain and bald spots that now I have to cover up.

I got my hair done 7/26/17. I highly recommend this salon. The customer service was excellent. My appointment was at 11am I was 20mins late and still got service right away. Didnt have to wait. Walk right in they sat me and the lady begin right on my hair. My hair looks very lovely. The girls there where so polite. I asked the lady not to braid my edges so tightly. She listen and did not braid my edges tightly. I will be a returning customer!

The first thing that impressed me was the way they answered the phone. I knew I was calling a place of business not someones home. Most just answered "hello". WTH. I was able to change my appointment to the day earlier with no issues. Arrived 10 minutes early she was there ready to go. At one point I had two braiders doing my hair with no inconsistency. I was done in 6 hours. My hair looks fabulous I love. Will definitely go back.

I went to get long twist and told the lady I wanted them regular size and even pointed to the picture on the wall.She did them so big and my hair is coming out of the twist. I went back a few days later to get them fixed and she called herself fixing it. It still looks a mess.It looks like I had them in for a month and it hasnt been 2 weeks. Please dont waste your money at this place.

I took my daughter for the first time to this location. Although I read some negative and positive reviews I took a chance on them anyway cause its the closet place to my home. I shouldve got the girl who did her hair name because she did exactly what the picture looked liked. My daughter and I love it. I will be taking my other daughter and myself to get ours done.

I scheduled an appt somewhere else on same street they had me waiting an hour before I decided to leave...I was kinda in a pinch cause holiday is this Sunday and I was busy on Sat...I called after six for small box braids they took me, they were friendly and professional...I love my braids so many compliments on my way home...will be going back!

WORST BRAIDING HAIR SHOP EVER!!!!! Hair braided & pulled so tight I had rashes, irritation, and bald spots through my whole head! Had to take braids out the next day! PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP !!!! I HAVE CONTACTED A LAWYER SINCE THE OWNER REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY, OR TAKE ANY BLAME!!!!!

My hair only lasted 2 weeks braids was falling out left and right. It left me with bald spots around my edges. Worst place ever dont waste your money. The people was very rude to me and the place isnt even clean.

Have been going there for about three years..will not be returning..a braider knocked some vaseline onto my coat..no apology and no offer to get it dry cleaned. Unprofessional.poor customer service.
