I used Jeffcoats for several cars, several years ago and became suspicious when I kept needing some serious repairs. I finally told them not to fix something and took the car to the Honda dealer. I asked Honda 3 times to specifically inspect the part that Jeffcoats said was cracked and needed replacement (for almost $250). Honda had 2 mechanics and the lead mechanic check and re-check. They said that the part was totally fine and even when I pushed them and asked if it was worn or close to needing replacement, Hondas assured me there was no reason to touch the part. I will never, ever go back to Jeffcoats or recommend them to anyone!

Ive been to Jeffcoats Automotive several times for various services (inspections, oil services, brake repairs, trouble shooting) and I have always had such a positive experience! The waiting area is comfortable, the lady at the front desk is friendly and helpful, the technicians are knowledgeable and have always performed repairs/service as expected, the owner does a great job at explaining repairs, recommendations and estimates. I always feel appreciated at Jeffcoats. Id highly recommend!

BE CAREFUL. Was told my master cylinder was to cost btwn $220-500. I got a second opinion and the plastic tube that makes it easier to put brake fluid was just old -- they took the cap of and capped it directly to the master cylinder, costing me nothing. Had gone there for years. Never going back.
