They over charged for an oil change and a transmission flush by about $90, charging for things that are normally included like washer fluid. They put a band aid fix on an issue that they KNEW was larger with my engine because when I went back to complain that it wasnt fixed they flat out told me they figured it was something major. Then they told me I could keep driving my car for a while, when the issue in the engine would get worse and worse if I had!! (presumably to end up charging me even more later) BUT MY FAVORITE PART?? The "worst case scenario" estimate that would have charged me more than double per part, that charged me an INSANE labor rate, and didnt include all the parts necessary (water pump, serpentine belt, etc) so the bill would have came back even higher than the $1500+.......... Got my car fixed for $650 else where, but anyone going into this shop, ESPECIALLY a woman needs to BEWARE because they will absolutely rob you out of every penny they imagine that you have.

I have been taking my vehicles to Fleetwood Auto Service for over 15 years and will continue to do so in the future. Their service and employees are by far the best I have ever known. I started taking my vehicles to them when I lived in town. As time went by, I have moved around the county but have continued to deal with them and them alone for my automotive needs. I currently live in the Sinking Spring area and drive by many places that provide automotive service but I would never dream of changing. I know that year after year I will be greeted by the same smiling faces and my vehicles will be serviced by the same quality technicians. When you find a place that treats you like family and provides the quality of service that Fleetwood Auto Service does, you continue to do with business with them. Keep up the excellent work.

Excellent service!! I would not trust my vehicles with anyone else! I needed suspension work done on my truck. Two other shops had quoted me hundreds more for the same work. The mechanics even ran into a few problems due to the age of my truck, but the price never changed. They checked all my fluids and topped them off ( I wasnt even there for any fluid changes). Thats how much they truly car about your car. Needless to say, I am very impressed with their workmanship. Now I take all my cars there. I highly recommend Fleetwood Auto Service!!

Fleetwood Auto Service built a custom exhaust system for my truck and I could not have been more pleased with the outcome. No after market products made a kit for my truck, so the boys at Fleetwood designed and built the system from scratch. I am very particular about my vehicles and they fit the bill perfectly. Friendly, honest and reasonable. I would recommend Fleetwood Auto Service and anyone!! They go above and beyond to help out and make your experience pleasant.

Excellent service! Reliable and trustworthy! The employees are friendly and helpful. They always fill you in on any issues with your vehicle even if its not the reason you brought it in. Always making sure all of my fluids are topped off. And always manage to get my vehicles in in a timely manner. I would never take my vehicles anywhere else.

Will not take our cars anywhere else! Amazing staff and service make you feel like family. They dont up-sell you with unnecessary products and if your auto does need something they contact you prior to doing anything. Love the old school customer service, which is so hard to find!
