While the owner seems nice. This is not the place to deal with if your car needs diagnostic work. I bought an 05 sl500 with 10600 miles. Of course there was an issue with the abc system. I informed Mr. Amahdi of the the noise that was coming from the front of my motor as well as the "drive carefully" light that came on when driving over a bump. My car was in their shop all day. I returned about 4p.m. to check on the progress. They had flushed the abc system and proceeded to do a full inspection of my car, as in suspension, lights, switches etc. Things that had nothing to do with my problems, but I went along with it. to the tune of $190.00. I absolutely did not want this done, but thought it couldnt hurt if this people are experts like they say. I was given a price to flush the system and check the balance on on my tires of $660.00. My bill came to $840.00. The light is still coming on. Mr. Amahdi tells me to drive the car to see if it goes away and says he didnt look at the noise at the front of the motor because it was not too loud. If he would have looked at the motor he would have noticed the abc pump pulley was moving back and fourth and the pump was the source of the noise. I tried to give them another chance to replace the pump but I figure if you are an expert in mercedes abc systems you would have seen the problem the first time and known that the pump was going bad just by looking at it and hearing the distinct noise coming from it. Sam Amahdi choose to inspect the other areas of my car which had no problems and were not asked to be done. The mechanic at Larrys import knew as soon as he raised the hood that the pump was going bad. Sam Amahdi is a crook and either has no idea about the abc system parts or he knows and prefers to get as much out of the customer before finally fixing the problem. That is if he ever fixes the problem. Enjoy my $840.00 because it has bought you a lifetime of bad advertising as in I have a big mouth and when taken advantage of I never miss a chance to educate people to stay away from you. Final note. If I had continued to drive the car, per Mr. Amahdis instuction, the pump would have completely failed possibly damaging other very expensive abc parts. I think maybe Mr. Amahdi knew this and was hoping for a bigger pay day.

This local Mercedes-Benz specialist shop is outstanding. They gave me professional, and excellent service. The work performed on my Mercedes was meticulously done, and thoroughly inspected to make sure it was done correctly. The price was very reasonable, compared to the dealership rates, and what other automotive service centers will charge you for parts, and labor. The owner Sam, and his staff were very friendly, and knowledgeable. They truly care about you. This Mercedes shop even thoroughly documented, and had taken clear pictures of all the work done on my vehicle going in, and out for repair! when I had questions, they encouraged me to ask, because they were eager to address any concerns I had. I have found this Mercedes-Benz shop to be unlike your other automotive shops. They never rushed me, and worked with my schedule. They even e-mailed me, and called me to let me know what was being done. I highly recommend this shop to any proud Mercedes-Benz owners!

I didnt even get service from here but the mechanic or whoever he was that was telling me information was rude as hell. He kept cutting me off over the phone. He was talking to me as if I didnt know anything about vehicles. I know some but not everything(hence I was seeking for service). I asked serval times the estimated cost of a specific part, if they had it in stock and the estimated labor. Never answered it on the first phone call. He said hell call me back. Took him 2 days. Honestly it doesnt take that Damn long. Anyway. Called again. Rude again. Asked for the cost of the part and labor. He said the part was $1,002 and I could do it myself. Really? The point of me asking YOU FOR LABOR COSTS IS FOR YOU TO DO IT! wont be hearing from me again.

Sam and his mechanics went above and beyond to get us back on the road after an emergency repair while we were on vacation. Despite their business hours, they stayed late on Friday and worked on Saturday. Great customer service and the cost was reasonable. Watch your billfold dealing with this company. Good salesman, but beware the pitch, your bill will be higher than you want it to be. This is a strange setup......forget them!
