As a professional in the culinary industry I would not recommend Seis Catering. I experienced their work and food first hand and was highly disappointed. The food was not served even remotely warm. The chicken cordon blue was cold with the cheese inside not even melted. The staff was stretched thin and was very inexperienced. This is my personal opinion. I mean no disrespect. I just wanted to put my experience out there for others to hear.

They just catered our business luncheon and did an outstanding job. The food was excellent! From the roast beef to stuffing to vegetables, everyone loved the food. Id highly recommend them.
