I am a very unhappy member of the Frazer, club. I rejoined a month ago, after cancelling in July because the equipment was not working. I gave Plant fitness another try. The equipment at the gym is not matienced. There are machines that have not worked for the three weeks I rejoined. I pay the extra for a black card membership. I have told them that about half of the light bulbs on the red light therapy machine are out. I also waited for the hydro-message for the last three weeks, since one of the machines are not working. I sign in for the hydro-message and they tell me to wait 10 minutes. The first week there was no problem. I didnt have a problem waiting. The last two weeks I waited the 10 minutes and go back to the counter where I find out they gave it to someone else. I wait exactly where I was told to wait on the bike right next to the counter. I asked why the Downingtown and North Philadelphia club is kept up to date and the Frazer is not. I was told I should go to Downingtown. The Downingtown club is kept update by corporate and if I want a fully functional club I should go to one that is corporately matienced. The Frazer club is right around from my house, what kind of customer service representative would tell me a member that?? I canceled right on the spot. I was also told I will be billed another month, but they did not want to return my tag. If you are billing me I should be allowed access for another month.

If youre looking for a cheap work out, one step above the average hotel fitness center, this might work for you. However, you get what you pay for. Free weights are very limited as are the machines -- more so than Ive ever seen in a "full service" gym. This is a marginal gym that caters to aerobic workouts with lots of treadmills, bikes and Stair Masters. In terms of a weight workout, youll be hard pressed. In addition, some members dont understand basic gym etiquette. This is the only gym Ive been to in 25 years of traveling and working out in gyms all over the world where someone refused to let me work in. Working in is letting someone use the machine for a set while you rest. It is extremely common and an expected courtesy in gyms everywhere. I was shocked at rudeness and reported it to management who essentially shrugged their shoulders and said they couldnt or wouldnt do anything about it. To me, that speaks volumes about the quality of the members and the management. There are no amenities, e.g.. pool, sauna, classes, etc. which is why it is so cheap. If you want to do the treadmill or bike, buy one; Youll be better off. If you want a weight workout, look elsewhere. This is a place to go only if you have no other option.

The gym is clean and lots of equipment. The customer service is terrible. Ive had billing issues with them for months. The staff and management have been terrible to deal with. They take my info and promise returned phone calls that never come. I have to constantly call back myself, only to get the runaround over and over. Dealing with assistant manager Scott Anderson akin to beating your head against the wall. Would highly recommend anyone not to patronize this Planet Fitness.

Not sure how you can pass up a deal like this. Literally, for $20 a month you and another person can work out with solid gym equipment (minus free weight bench but they have the locked bar one), tanning, red light therapy, and 24 hour availability. Really isnt anything better out there. And this location has free pizza on Mondays. Overall, good customer service too. Id definitely recommend it.

Ive been member for a few months, now. I like this place. its clean and the equipment is all in good working order. free wifi. ryan (front desk guy) always personable. cant really ask much more for 10 bucks a month.

Its clean nice. I go there late so there is a friendly gentleman. I got the black card go there take a shower on a hot day. And one of the massage chairs dont work. After all its $20 a month

One of 2 hydro massage beds has been broken for almost 2 weeks now..no one cares. No fix or replacement in sight at all. At least put a sign up letting us know you are working on this!!!

Poor experience - management doesnt care, just collects fees. Closed for a week, no notice. Took away equipment. Dirty locker rooms. Limited parking. Poor air conditioning.

Between the parking ordeal, rude staff and limited basic equipment this is a gym that you can only enjoy if youre going past 8:00 PM.

I love it here...i even git tge chance for the trainer to show me how to use the equipment correctly. My workout was Awesome

~10K sq ft and they DONT HAVE A SINGLE FREE WEIGHT BAR. 45 treadmills, and you cant do a proper deadlift, squat, or bench.

Big space...good number of equipments and last but not the least, its affordable like $10 pm
