I would say we are far from pleased at this rate. We have been waiting months for windows and a front door. After very little communication in the start we call to check and told our windows are in. Renewal by Anderson sent out the crew only to find out the windows are completely measured incorrectly and the measuring tech put in the wrong type of windows they were removing but we could "build in" the windows which just happened to be a few inches short on all sides we declined and said someone needs to reorder the correct size windows. On this same day they refused to install our door which was with them and measured correctly. Here we are another month out, we have had two install attempts since the new measured windows have come in only for Renewal by Anderson to cancel due to weather which means we are still waiting on our items that I have been paying on for over two months now. We will not do business to complete the rest our home with Renewal by Anderson at this point which is disappointing. We were looking forward to our new windows, and feel that the company should step up and eat some of the cost for the major delays and measuring incorrectly.

My fiance and I purchased some new windows for our first home together. The windows themselves are fairly decent however for the price I didnt expect to see globs of sealant leaking through that I will have to razor blade off. However, the installation process was a bit more disrupting. We had 4 windows replaced only one of which was finished the first day. After they left I had to walk around my house sweeping up chips of old paint and spacers used by the installer. The second day they came to finish up the trim. However, yet again, after they left I had to walk around and pick up not only lead paint chips but sharp shavings of metal trim left on my public sidewalk for anyone to step or fall on. I even found about 20 or so Brad nails stuck together for a nail gun. I dont normally complain about services because I dont really know how hard the job is but if Im paying $2000 a window you better clean up after yourself. In closing: I am overall satisfied with the actual product and probably will come back in the future if I plan on replacing more windows due to the fact I couldnt get matching windows any other way.

Our recent install project conducted by Renewal by Andersen was clearly the best ever! The windows themselves are the best I’ve ever seen. Yes, they may be priced higher than others in the market but, once you have them installed, you’ll never regret it! Unparalleled quality and service that is second to NONE! The team of 6 installers worked flawlessly and were quite simply the BEST and most pleasurable crew I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. They did a 14 window install in less than a day and were complete with EVERY detail from start to finish. Even at cleanup, there as not a spot left! The follow up by the Renewal by Andersen folks is also not equaled by anything I have experienced in the past. When they say they go “above and beyond”, they aren’t kidding! Attention to detail and genuine concern are just two of their extremely desirable qualities. If you are in the market for windows or doors, you owe it to yourself to contact the folks at Renewal by Anderson. Trust me, you’ll regret it if you don’t at least give them the opportunity to show what they have to offer!!

We had a positive experience! 9 craftsmen showed up at our home and they were polite, considerate and respectful. They worked together like a well oiled machine. When you watch them work, you could truly say they were craftsman. Mike and his team answered all of my questions during the job. They truly put me at ease about the quality and craftsmanship of the windows and their work. After the windows were installed, they cleaned up the floors and sorrounding area then Dave, our sales representative, came out to check and see what we thought of the windows and the quality of the work. We truly felt like there was pride in the work that was completed. After having a poor experience with another window company, this experience has truly restored my faith in workmanship, craftsmanship, and honesty. Thank you for providing a top quality product and restoring our faith in customer service .

Excellent installation by Larry and the install team. The window was installed back in June and the patio doors installed in August. Very considerate, professional and excellent cleanup. My only ding was that the original patio door was delivered 2 inches larger than ordered. Evidently, at the factory there isnt any Quality Control check done to make certain that the size ordered was the same size made/assembled. Only when the door is unpacked locally for installation, is the problem noticed. Unfortunately, the installation team is the one to be at the point of things when this mistake is made. It isnt their fault, to me it is at the factory or in the preparation for shipment phases. Andersen needs to remedy this. AS I earlier said, the installation team did an excellent and exemplary job.

We have hired many companies over the years to have jobs done in our home, however no company has ever been anywhere near the level of satisfaction as Renewal By Anderson. The entire process from two very knowledgeable and professional gentlemen coming into our home to show us and explain the product, the finance options and answer all the questions patiently and we had many. To scheduling, completely convenient and to our availability, to the day of the install. Again, real, real nice crew, clean, professional, courteous of our property, our home. If you go anywhere for doors/ windows other than Anderson youre making a mistake. The quality of our purchase, our windows are beautiful, quiet and so worth the investment. Renewal By Andersen has great and quality windows. The one problem/concern that I had was with the contractors. They arrived and I wasnt sure if it was really them because they came in their own vehicles and didnt have anything on with the Andersen name. The first guy to show up asked to come in and see the windows they would be replacing. Was a little hesitant because he had nothing on that said Andersen. They did a good job could have been a little more informative about the windows and show me how everything works. I also didnt appreciate that they had to smoke right out side my door. I have kids and I myself do not need to smell that. I would definitely get windows from them again, just wish the contractors were a little more professional.

Up until a month ago I was pleased with the work the Renewal by Anderson installation crew did at my house. Then we had some heavy winds roll through the area and the quality of their work finally showed up. The flashing they installed around the new windows were only attached with 2 finishing nails and they blew completely off the house. We called them to come back and do it right and we never got a response until we received a random customer survey call. We expressed our dissatisfaction during the survey call and then we did get a response. They sent a tech out and he didnt do anything and said that a service coordinator would call the next day and it has been 2 weeks now. My wife and I are very dissatisfied with their service.
