1. Sales representative offered a 10% discount on Saturday if I purchased by Sunday 2. Sales neglected to ask me necessary questions relating to my living situation - I guess they assume all their customers live in the suburbs - she added $25 ($75 up to $100) onto delivery after we happened to discuss that I lived in an apartment building and she said "now that I learned information about your living situation, I have to charge more for delivery" 3. Purchased Sunday - discount promised Saturday to get me to come back was never applied 4. She called a few days later to say that they calculated my bill incorrectly which makes sense since they hand write them - I reminded her of the discount she forgot to give me - she argued that it was taken off so I noted that the price on my invoice matched the original price tag on the rug - she immediately agreed to take the discount 5. During the conversation by phone she wanted to take payment by credit card, again writing down my information - they dont invest in secure payment options. 6. At the end of the day I take away that they dont collect all information necessary to give an accurate price, if they make a mistake their customer pays even for marginal amounts and they will conveniently forget they promised a discount to get you back to their store. Its clear they are focused on every cent, even to the point that they will embarrass themselves and lose a customer over a $24 margin. If I owned the store, I would run it much differently. If you are interested in buying, dont offer any premium on goodwill - you can see from their reviews that there is none. Note: Sales represented was quite nice overall - I suggest a back office rep completes the calculation (in excel) as the sales rep focuses on the customer.

Many bad experiences with this company. I dont know where to start. They added over $2000 dollars of extras onto the job at the end. They didnt replace the padding (which I paid for), They sent people that didnt speak any English at all. They left my house a mess which is uncalled for. -Jerry

Great selection of rugs. We bought two from them. However, it took much longer than they suggested for the items to be delivered to their store. They were pleasant to work with, though.
