Typical half-assed contractor. Price always goes up after the job begins, and quality of work is quite poor. Chris does not check the work done by his crew as a responsible foreman should, and his crew does not repect him because his Spanish is so poor. Good luck getting him to keep his appointments, every one Ive made had to be rescheduled a minimum of three times causing at least a one month delay each time. Furthermore, he does not guarantee his workmanship, so if something wasnt done right the first time, or it breaks down/falls apart after youve paid him, he simply wont return your calls, no matter how nice or reasonable you may be about it. Under no circumstances should anyone hire this contractor.

Painting and trim work excellent. No changes in contracted price. About 5 days later than initially promised start, but prompt completion. Came back for a few finishing touches without complaint or charge.
