Creative, honorable and hard working. Having to find all three of those characteristics in a company (let alone a contractor) is quite difficult. When it came time to relocate my company to a larger space, I did a great deal of interviewing and research of contracting companies because I wanted the project done to perfection. One Source Contracting came with an impeccable reputation and, upon hiring them, didnt disappoint. If you have an idea, theyll make it better. If you have a deadline, they will work overtime if necessary to honor their word. Lastly, they arent done until youre completely happy. Honestly, I changed my mind multiple times after work had already been completed and each time they were obligingly receptive with a "no problem" attitude. I have hired my fair share of contracting and construction companies in the past, however One Source will be the only call I make in the future.

Not only did they install an amazing kitchen and 2 awesome baths, they came up with creative solutions for the unusual spaces and obstacles involved with a complicated rehab project. Since 2010, Ive had One Source come back into my home to complete additional projects to include door upgrades and a raised deck on the patio. One Source makes the time to carefully plan out the project and has shown great flexibility in meeting with me to get all the details right.
