In submitting my quote request on their website, I received a call right away to chat and set up an appointment to visit our home to solidify the quote - great! A week later, we met with Stan and walked him through all of the repairs and potential remodel projects we were interested in. He was very knowledge and seemed like a great person to work with. Unfortunately, thats where the communication really ended with G&E. I followed up with them week after week about receiving our quote. I was told one of their vendors was out of town until a certain date and when following up with them repeatedly after that date...no answer. So, we ended up taking our bathroom remodel business elsewhere. I understand that spring/summer is a busy time for contractors and maybe our projects were low on their list, but I dont appreciate the lack of communication. Especially after meeting with us in-person! I cant vouch for their quality of work, but be weary about their responsiveness.

Whoever is trying to work with these guys, I would suggest thinking twice. Once they get they money, you will never hear back from them. Regardless of numerous calls, text - you do not matter. They wont come to fix their work. They hire outside company to get the work done; only time you see their actual representative is during contract signing and when they collect their money. Ive been waiting for them to come fix my kitchen since last year, can you imagine, since last year. I paid in full - $22k and they are treating me like this. Ill do anything to bring this to everyones attention. Its going to the Contractors State Licensing Board, angieslist, homebuiler... you name it! This is not how anyone should be treated!!!

G and E contractors built a room addition for my Towson home. They were quick,professional, no games, just A plus plus plus work. They were there every day for 6 weeks or so. Even worked weekends. The room addition looks a lot better than the ones my neighbors put up. I am delighted with the high quality of the addition, speed in which it was put up, and the fact that g and e s price was lower than the vast majority of my estimates. I am very pleased with ge. The office staff was kind and very understanding to my repeated assault of questions, allmost, on a daily basis. The work looks great--please see my facebook pictures staging the progress of the work. The pictures speak for themselves-true professionals.

My mom is getting her kitchen remodeled she has a small kitchen. All she is having done is paint cabinets and counter tops. It has been over 5 weeks and still not done. Doing a terrible job. They even messed up her garage door. Nothing is ready when it is time to install things. The company sucks. I believe they are taking advantage of my mom. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
