Chuck hired me for landscaping work. long story short he didnt pay me and I also found out he also didnt pay the guy before me. I talked to him a few times about the building project he had going on. I came to the conclusion that he uses common building materials and calls them "eco" and marks their price up 5x. Im pretty sure he is a pathological liar that isnt afraid to rip anyone off. Most of the pictures on his website and Facebook dont appear to even be any of his projects.

Do not work here! But if you want to get underpaid and undervalued its the best place to work at! You will never get paid on time. The homes are barley a sustainable design the material is not-local. The quality of the build is poor and will require remodeling after five years. I Do not recommend them to build your home, there are far better construction companies in Ithaca New York with much more and better experience. They will overcharge you as well!
