I needed a ridge vent replaced. The workmen did not install the new shingles properly, the roofing felt was left exposed as well some nails holding it down. I have it in writing from another contractor that this is improper installation. I have photos taken by the Home Inspector I hired to check the job. They are on my Facebook page. There was miscommunication throughout what should be a simple process. The clean-up afterwards left something to be desired. The resolution of the problems has not gone well and it appears I may need to bring in another company to redo the job right. An extremely stressful and disappointing experience. I wound not recommend this firm to anyone.
